The whole scene was about regina have to songesha on, let go her past and hatred, so maybe it means he wants regina to open up her moyo and learn how to upendo again....I think its about Henry
but many mashabiki think it's a sign for a new romance for regina in the future au a green light for regina/emma (swanqueen shipper thinks daniel ship them and give them his blessing, I kinda doubt that)
bottom line, I think he just want regina to be happy and full of upendo again...even as a creature daniel still so kind :"""(((

I think he meant she should upendo someone new, fall in upendo again instread of holding on to him & keeping him alive, what was causing him pain. Her upendo for him was holding both of them back [he couldn't rest in peace, she couldn't focus on her future], so it definately would be best for Regina to upendo someone new - not necesserly in a romantic way. Btw, I didn't like Noah Bean's performance in this scene too much :/

I think Daniel wanted Regina to songesha on, let go of the past. Regina kept Daniel's body preserved for years because she couldn't let go. He wanted her to upendo again, maybe not like she loved him, but still songesha on from him.
He was basically telling her it was okay to songesha on. She has his permission to upendo someone else in place of him (because he knew he was gonna die). And I'm really glad ha alisema that because now she won't feel guilty if she falls in upendo again.
