what was the point of Emma saying to Regina "i'm guessing this is where your help ends" in the new episode?

it just seems so bila mpangilio and rude. I mean where did that come from?! Why would Emma say that?! BTW i'm talking about the scene where everyone figures out Zelena's plans and pointing out how Regina, Snow, Emma and Henry wont ever have been born if Zelena succeeds.
