The massively maarufu teenage quintet were confirmed as the sekunde act for the Forum’s Got The X Factor spectacular before krisimasi – and all 1,300 tickets for January’s event had gone within two days of the announcement.

Singer Katie Waissel is the other special guest performing live at the College Lane entertainment venue on Sunday, January 2, 2011.

One Direction announce UK tour in 2013 after Brits win

X Factor boy band One Direction have announced a tour of the UK in 2013.

The group will play 13 dates starting at London's O2 Arena inayofuata February.

They will also perform in Glasgow, Cardiff, Belfast, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Nottingham, Birmingham and Newcastle.

One Direction beat off competition from the likes of Adele, Ed Sheeran, JLS, Olly Murs and Jessie J to take the best single prize at this year's Brit Awards in a public vote.

The band is made up of Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson.

One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson has confessed he thinks rival boyband JLS are baridi than his own band.

Tomlinson, along with his bandmates Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Zayn Malik, finished third on The X Factor last year, and Louis claims that JLS have nothing to worry about when it comes to their dance moves.

Speaking of the Jack the Lad swing boys to We upendo Pop magazine, the teen heartthrob stated: "We won't be doing dance routines like them. We wouldn't be as cool. We'd trip over our shoelaces. I don't want us choreographed and matchy-matchy anyway."
