rite i love peyton but seriously hilarie isnt a great actress season 1 james was hideous but then he got better really better for me sophia and joy are the best chad is ok but i dunno hilarie jus lacks in acting

I really can't choose i think that they are all great James wasn't that good in season 1but he has improved so much same with Hil.

hilarie and sophia are the best! jams isnt bad but out of the 5 i think he just has the least experience

Well..All of them are really GREAT but If I had to pick the one that i think acts worse than the others..It's James and then Chad!

hilaries great dont get me wrong but she jus doesnt show herself as much as the others i mean shes done great scenes ellies death letting lucas go etc shes great but i jus think she lacks behind the rest

I agree LLL, and maybe its just that she lacks the ability to express certain emotions genuinely. Shes has some great moments, like the rest of the cast, but IMO the talent level goes from Sophia and Joy...Nathan in the middle...and then Chad and Hil at the bottom of this group. James is still really young, I think he's developed alot. I feel like this season has shown great improvement in all their acting, but Hil seems a bit awkward (epi 4-5 with her father? maybe I'm alone in this) as well as Chad, esp. epi 3 I felt like he was forcing his scenes.

as the seasons have progressed, I find that the other 4 have been improving greatly
Chad had more experience when they first started, but I think the others are way better now

I think the best ones are Hilarie and Joy...then Sophia and Chad
but James is the worst...he dont add anything to his characters and he is so hard to show emotions, when I see him I don't feel anything, I dont feel Nathan at all!!!

completely agree with gogokef ... i feel mean picking james all the same but i always said he wasn't nearly as good as the rest of the same .... bad even! :(
also agree with chad .... it's annoying sometimes in leyton scenes when he sounds sorta fake and i know the writers didn't mean it to come off like that & it's just him... >:(

ok well first of all joy and sophia are incredible both of them.
and hilarie is right below them. the girls are far better the the guys.
james started out .. no so amazing but he's gotten A LOT better.
chad's just ok he doesn't stand out at all and he's so .. cheesy and i think his acting is PART of why i hate lucas so much.
