im just so confused i get logans clays son...... but did sara have him before she collapsed and died? if so clay would have known right? or did he just completly block it out? cause the whole scene with the nursery and everything just oh im confused!!

I think she had him before she collapsed. Maybe they were happy family and then Clay just forgot about it. I'm really unsure. It's sooooooo weird situation.

Clay and Sara had Logan before she collapsed (of course), but after Sara died Clay felt like he couldn't live without her or anything. So, I'm guessing that he didn't really feel like he could or even wanted to take care of Logan, atm at least. So, I'm guessing that he started ignoring the baby, unintentionally, and then when Sara's parents got there they took care of the baby and tried to get Clay help. (The therapist said that he and Sara's parents told him about Logan everyday after Sara died.) They must have realized that Clay wouldn't be able to give Logan the care he needed, so the therapist just brought him back to that place with him. :) That's my guess at least.

Well Logan is Clay & sara's son, but after she died he tried to move on, so sara's parents took care of logan, because clay couldn't, after some while he even forgot that he had a baby & he's been running away from that memory. Now being in that hopital all the memories are coming back & he remembers Logan & that's the thing he's been running from. After Clay leaves the hospital for good, Logan comes with him & Quinn+Clay+Logan start their own little family.
