Not in the slightest. You just feel a little prick and it's over in a second. It doesn't even hurt that much afterwards, it swells a bit for the first week but you hardly notice it, just suck on some ice and it will go down instantly. Two of my friends have it done and they think the exact same thing. I've only had mine done for two months and I already want it done 2-4 more times.

it doesnt hurt to get it done, just after that you shouldnt eat for a few days. mine didnt hurt afterwards until i ate a pancake xD
