Is Mew in pokemon soulsilver/heartgold? If it is where do i find it?!?!?!?!?!

i.d.k. i can't get past the ecruteke gym! i need 2 see my little bro, so i can put some of my stronger poke'mon from pearl and platnum into silver.

I had just looked up legendary pokemon on serebii.net, and it alisema that there was only Mewtwo. Unfortunately, Japan only lets people have Mew at special events, but that was many years ago. I don't know if they still release Mew on other special events, but some people get them from cheats.

And those cheats corrupt your game and/or erase everything.

only get at events but mewtwo is up for grabs
