wewe get a bila mpangilio selection of the pokemon available there and if wewe don't keep talking to the people there, the amount of pokemon lessen daily IIRC. To get zaidi wewe need access to 2 DS-based consoles and a copy of Pokémon Black and use the wireless system to go into group play, from there wewe go Black City(same location on the map as White Forrest) and then wewe ask NPC's(Non-Playable Characters) from there to go to White Forest. This will give zaidi pokemon to White Forrest and maybe some that wewe didn't have to begin with.
