What's the name of the Pokémon movie with the legends and the red and black Pokémon?

They were trying to stop time from being thrown back I think and Ash got drowned almost in a Aanitic place under water?!?!?!? I'm not sure if the water part was in the movie I'm just guessing up memories guys...
