So I was playing HeartGold. I had just got it that siku and was playing it. I was training a chikorita, having fun. It was already level 10 and I was going to keep going train to get ahead. So I was playing it and all of the sudden I get summoned into a battle with a metapod, a shiny ligit red one! I was like "YESSSSS!" then I was like "Crap! Crap! Crap!" I had no poke balls! :(... So I had to suffer battling it for the experience and want to know what made it worse?! MY BROTHER LAUGHED AT ME!!! I wanted to slap him as hard as I did to make him cry when I was seven and he was ten... Well I walked out of his room and then I was like "yeah! Well wewe didn't have a shiny beedrill on your leaf green game!" but it still sucked! I hated when that happened! I never ever want it to happen again.. I mean how cool would it be to say I had a shiny beedrill and butterfree! Even if they were from two different pokemon games... But still! Have wewe had an experience like that?!

shadowknuxgirl That seems to happen to many people, shiny Pokemon appear in the beginning of the game when they have no pokeballs. I think it's just a cruel prank Nintendo plays on us...

LostOblivion I've played every main game and I have never seen a shiny pokemon yet surprisingly. Don't know whose better off here.
