Help Me Please!!

I have been signed up for pottermore now for a while and no matter what I do I can get in and it keeps saying my jina la mtumiaji and nenosiri don't match up. I don't know what to try because I have made sure my nenosiri is the right one and i have even changed to be absolutely sure I have the right nenosiri but it still won't let me in!

Then I suggest wewe drop that account and sign up for another one. There is probably a problem with that first account and no matter what wewe try it will not work ever again. I had one and tried so I just got another account.
