Prudence Halliwell was born on October 28, 1970[4] in San Francisco, California. She is the firstborn child of Patty Halliwell, a witch, and Victor Bennett, a human. As a witch, Prue developed the magical power of telekinesis, which allowed her to songesha things with her mind. On March 24, 1975, she was visited kwa a future version of herself.
