There weren't that many characters in all the films to really like, beside Rambo of course, so the list for me would be

1. Rambo - For obvious reasons.

2. Trautman - I liked him in the first 2 films, but not so much in the 3rd.

3. Co Bao - I can't help but wonder what Rambo's life would have been like if she had lived.
