How do wewe make your stop motion figures songesha zaidi smoothly?

As wewe can see in this video I did, I am very new to making my own stop motion short films - my characters songesha not smoothly enough for my taste, it looks kind of... "funny".

Does anyone know certain tricks to avoid that?
