Am I too young to wear heels??

I'm 13 years old. And I'm so short. I'm only 4'8. What do wewe think? and, am I short for my age??

13 is not too young, real real young, then yes, but it depends how big the heel is

I'd say don't go higher than a 2 and a half inch until wewe hit high skool. It could seem out of place. <3
