Demi Lovato Says Being A Role Model Isn’t A Burden
Demi Lovato revealed during an interview that she feels like she has a responsibility to her mashabiki to be a role model, but that she doesn’t feel like the job is a burden. Demi wants to be there for her mashabiki as much as she can, even on days that might not be going great for her. She also gives the advice to “Fake It ‘Til wewe Make It” when it comes to getting help if wewe need it. Even if wewe might not want help, Demi says to pretend that wewe do until wewe really understand why wewe need the help and wewe start to really want it. Listen to Demi’s advice below.
[I need] someone who’s not only supportive in my career, but also in my recovery. It’s a big responsibility dating me because I come with a little bit of baggage, wewe know? I’m completely open. I’m honest about the journey I’ve been on, so I definitely don’t take dating lightly anymore.
