does anyone know the name? I saw this movie on showtime a while zamani but cant remember the name.

Story is about a teen who gets kicked out of his house & forced to live out on his yard. he spends all of his time observing his neighbors but especially to a girl he develops a crush for. its a vague description but hopefully someone knows what im talking about. thanks in advance
