Hermione is great as his best friend, but I couldn't see them in a relationship. I guess she's a bit too high strung for him.
Cho is okay as a short fling, but I don't think it could last.
I can't say how much I really can't stand Harry with Ginny. She has to completely change her personality to fit him, and even then she really doesn't fit him. She's a bully, which isn't something I'd expect Harry to like. He's always annoyed at her, unless they are snogging. He can never talk to her, and he's always uncomfortable around her. She always has to guilt him into communicating, and Harry always feels awkward about it.
Luna is perfect for him, I think. Just being around Luna makes him happy. He can talk to her when he can't talk to anyone else, not even Ron and Hermione. They understand each other, and they have a special connection.

I would NEVER pick Harry and Hermionie. Her and Ron go so well together! I love the idea of Harry and Luna together. X3 Although... I think I'd like it even MORE if it was Nevile and Luna... that would be adorable.
