Defending my honour? Really? I must say, you're very bad at it. And a Matzo is an unleavened mkate traditionally eaten kwa Jews during the week-long Passover holiday. Matzo is eaten kwa Jews as an obligation during the Passover Seder meal; during the rest of the holiday its consumption is optional, though customary, as only unleavened mkate may be eaten.
