Where is proof saying there rouges? Also if Zira and her cubs were the only ones exiled. Then where does all the others come from? If they allayed lived in the outlands then why would they take Zira as their leader and why would they be so wanting to get revenge on Simba if they were never involved?

I find it hard to believe that many long-term Pridelanders would be loyal to Scar, as they would've seen throughout his reign how downhill the Pridelands went. I imagine the majority of them joined the pride once Scar had been king for quite some time.

It's been well over 10 years since I last saw the movie myself, so I can't remember if it's ever confirmed exactly where they came from and how long ago. Some may have been there longer than others.

Zira and her pride are more from another king who's the father of her three cubs and could ether be killed or left by Zira to find a better king and that's how she finds Scar and is taken in by him. By then she was already pregnant with Kovu.
