King Walker and Diamond Bynum

Authored by PrincessLdyBg91

Two-year-old King Walker and his 21-year-old aunt, Diamond Bynum were last seen on July 25, 2015 in Gary, Indiana. They were last seen at Diamond's house at approximately 10:20 a.m. when Diamond's stepmother, Susanne went to take a nap. When Susanne woke up at 11:00 a.m., King and Diamond were gone.

At the time of their disappearances, Diamond lived with her dad and stepmother; King lived with his mom and visited his grandparents and aunt every weekend. Diamond has a genetic condition called Prader-Willi syndrome which causes a mental disability, short stature and constant hunger. She has the mental age of a 5 to 7-year-old and has trouble communicating with other people.

Diamond and her parents moved to Gary, Indiana from Hammond, Indiana back in February of 2015, and she still wasn't familiar with the area. Her family said that it is out of character for Diamond to go more than a few blocks from home. Although she would wander off to find food, there was plenty of food in the kitchen of her house.

Due to King's age and Diamond's physical and mental limitations, it is believed that the two of them couldn't have gone very far. There were reported sightings of them in Gary, Indiana, Hammond, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois, but none of them have been confirmed.

King and Diamond's cases are classified as endangered missing people.
