Ameera Deadrick

Seven-year-old Ameera Deadrick was last seen in Houston, Texas on June 1, 2016.

After Ameera's birth, she and her mother, Tiara McWilliams moved to Wisconsin from Houston because Ameera's dad was abusive. 

In 2013, Tiara agreed to allow Ameera to spend time with her dad and his girlfriend in Houston during Ameera's summer vacation; however, when the vacation was over, they refused to return Ameera to Tiara.

Tiara traveled to Houston in the spring of 2014 to get Ameera, but Ameera's father refused to allow her any contact with her. The police were unable to help because there wasn't any formal custody agreement between Ameera's parents. Tiara eventually returned to Wisconsin without Ameera. Ameera's father and his girlfriend refused to allow Tiara to speak to her.

In the spring of 2017, Tiara learned that Ameera's father had been in prison for months and nobody had seen Ameera since the fall of 2016. When Ameera's father was questioned about his daughter's diappearance, he claimed that he gave her to a woman known as either "Tootie" or "Linda".

Ameera's father has since been released from prison, but he hasn't provided any more information about where Ameera could be.

As of 2023, Ameera remains missing. Tiara and the Waco, Texas police are investigating her disappearance.
