Steven Kraft II

Twelve-year-old Steven Kraft II was last seen on February 15, 2001 in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

Steven's mom was making dinner while Steven was out playing with the family's two dogs and reported him missing when he failed to return home. His footprints led past an iced-over pond near his home. 

Three days after his disappearance, the Krafts' older dog (a German Shepherd/chow mix) came home and their six-month-old puppy (a German Shepherd) was later found near Blue Creek, located a mile & a half north from Steven's house.

Prior to his disappearance, Steven completed a five-day suspension from school after getting into an altercation with another student. In May of 2001, authorities searched Blue Creek and the pond behind Harbor Haven Ministries, but there wasn't any evidence of Steven's whereabouts. 

In 2004, Steven was reportedly seen at Midway Airport in Chicago, Illinois, but it turned out to be another person instead.

As of 2023, Steven is still missing.
