Toni Clark

Seventeen-year-old Toni Clark was last seen on March 16, 1990 leaving her cousin's home in Oakland, California to return to home to San Francisco, California.

Toni was driving her boyfriend's Chevrolet Camaro which was having issues. When the car stalled on the San Francisco Bay Bridge later that evening, another car collided into it. When the police arrived at the seen, Toni was missing.

According to Toni's mom, she got a phone call a week after Toni's diappearance. The caller was a young woman, who was crying on the line for about 40 seconds before the call ended. It was unable to be traced.

Witnesses reported seeing an African-American man looking underneath Toni's car and the man leaving the scene. The driver who hit Toni's car was tried for vehicular manslaughter, but acquitted due to lack of evidence.

As of 2023, Toni has not been located. Although officials believe she may have drowned on the night she went missing, her case is still classified as a non-family abduction.
