Bianca Piper

Thirteen-year-old Bianca Piper was last seen in Foley, Missouri on March 10, 2005. At the time of her disappearance, she was having anger management problems and had a tantrum about chores.

Her mom dropped her off a mile from their home; according to her therapist, Bianca was advised to be dropped off a distance from home and made to walk back to deal with her anger.

Bianca was reported missing when she failed to return home. Initially, the police thought that she had gotten lost on her way home, but now believe that she might have been abducted.

Bianca's mom and her mom's live-in boyfriend passed polygraph tests; her biological dad was extensively interviewed; and none of her family members are considered suspects in her disappearance. 

In 2007, investigators suspected a man named Michael J. Devlin of being involved in Bianca's disappearance and other cases involving missing children.

As of 2023, Bianca has not been located and her case is classified as an endangered missing person.

Bianca has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and severe bipolar disorder; she takes medication, but if she doesn't have it, she may become disoriented and have hallucinations.
