Elena was in her bedroom, finishing her makeup, when the doorbell rang. Expecting it was Damon she kind of jumped off the stairs and hastily opened the door. Her enthusiasm dropped in her shoes when she looked in Stefan’s face.
“Oh” she alisema impassively. “It’s you”
“It’s me” Stefan smiled. “Not happy to see me?”
Elena shrugged.
“Damon send me” Stefan alisema and Elena’s face cleared up. “He asked me to escort wewe to the party, so wewe can meet him there. He had to do something and wasn’t going to make it on time”
A big smile appeared on Elena’s face. She grabbed her koti, jacket and mfuko wa fedha, mfuko and walked out of the door. “Well, what are we waiting for? We have a party to go to” and she walked to Stefan’s car. Stefan got into the car, too and started the engines.
As they were driving Stefan figured there would be no better timing. His eyes on the road he started talking.

Why Caroline and Vicki didn't had any problems? Caroline tortured Damon a bit(hitting him with every ukuta possible) and Vicki almost killed Elena, and others(which C'mon would happen if there was a sire bond), and both were turned kwa Damon's blood. And I think there are many others examples that we can use. Again I repeat, this is first time in the show, and many people were turned there, when "there's" a vampire sire bond. Another example can be Jenna, which was turned kwa Klaus, and there was no sire bond, because Jenna fought against Klaus.
Pure and Simple, becoming a vampire, everything Elena felt for Damon went bigger. And because the Stelena broke-up almost existed since Stefan left in S2-S3, the feelings for Stefan couldn't grow up as much as the feeling for Damon did.
