The moon was high in the sky, shining like a florescent light. It was my only friend in this prison, and i couldn't sleep. I was in the middle of a sentence as i was talking with the moon when i heard something from down stairs. I caught kwa breath, finally excitement. I swung my legs across the side of the bad and ever so slowly got up. The kitanda creaked, I swore silently, and listened. Nothing stirred. I tiptoed passed Amanda's bed. She was fast asleep, a bit too asleep if wewe ask me. She might have been dead. I knew not to try her though. Last time I did so I was very unpleasantly surprised. On the third step I took a floor board creaked, I froze, and listened. Call it karma for tripping Naomi down the stairs. Two zaidi steps to take. I slipped out the door without incident. I crawled to the stairs. A breeze that only comes from the front door pushed my hair out of my face. I didn't hear anyone come inside, but I knew if there was an intruder he au she hadn't gone undetected. The down stairs light turned on abruptly. Unconsciously, I held my breath. It was pouring outside. The cool air calmed me enough to stir my curiosity. Plus, I hadn't been allowed outside all week. Every muscle in my body stained itself to just run down the stairway, not care if I got caught, and go outside.
The Master spoke first.“It's been a while old friend.”
A man responded, from his voice he sounded confident and down right sexy. “It has but unfortunately I won't be staying here long. I'm on pure business, I need a favor.”
The Master hesitated before he spoke, It's creepy that I know that he's feeling without even having to look at him. “If it's a blood sourse you
“What cha got for me?” the man said. He didn't want to be seen I could tell. Most didn't care.
“We're kinda low since the raid last month. Our numbers are barely enough to support the staff. I can't spare a single kid.” My teeth clenched, I squeezed my eyes shut. No, no,no. I can't live in this place anymore. Just let me go with him and die.
“I'll pay the maximum price. I don't care if she's scrawny one au not.”
“Damon, I can't give wewe one. If wewe want a kid go to another orphanage, this one has none to spare.”
A growl erupted from the Damon guy. “We can do this the easy way of the hard way Ineas. I can't go to the other orphanages. They're vervained up.”
Shh, “Capture one and wait it out. Vervain leaves the human system in three days maximum.” I took a step mbele eager to take a look at Damon. When I did my eyebrows jumped up, and my stomach did a somersault. I crouched there, peeking over the banister unhidden. The master Ineas's back was to me, Damon faced me. Slowly ever so slightly he looked up and met my gaze. I swallowed, and looked away. What do I do, what do I do? Think Anti, think.
I decided to back track my steps before Master Ineas noticed I wasn't in bed. He probably already knew. Vampire hearing is a pain when it's not yours. Tomorrow i'll most likely wake up black and blue, and with a couple oz.s of blood missing. I started to make my way up when Damon nodded up at me. I I shook my head frantically, and mouthed no. “What about her? She lookes like a trouble maker.”
“Anti?” The Masters voice vibrated through my skull like death. He didn't turn around.
“Anti, come here.” It was like sweeting poison with honey before drinking it. I remained quiet.
“Anti,” He snapped. “Come down right away.”
I suppressed a sigh, “I'm not here. In fact i'm in kitanda sleeping.”
“What's it!” The Master barked and twisted around. I less than a sekunde he was at my side. Before I had time to react he gave he a solid kick that sent me reeling down the stairs. Oww.
“Get up cockroach.” As soon at I was on my own two feet the Master thrust me upon Damon. I would smacked into Damon if it wasn't for his quick reflexed. Sadly, his iron grip left a blotch of darkening red on me on the purple.
“Careful, I still have a bruise there.” Damon pursed his thin lips into a butterfly, kipepeo fluttering half-smile.
“Take the girl, consider it a gift.”

I approached Damon's chevy cautiously. Usually when I got into cars in the process of shoving me in, I usually hit my head on the door frame. I have quite a few bumps to prove it.
Damon opened the door of the backseat and ushered me in. “Please,”
I tugged my shawl, scarf tighter around me. Old fashioned, I know. I ducked my head low when I got into the car. He got into the drives seat. “I'm sorry I didn't offer the shotgun, but it's a little occupied.
Stefan ran into the hospital, Katherine in his arms. “Somebody help me! My girlfriend’s sick”
A doctor came running, while a nurse followed him with a stretcher. Stefan lay her down on it. “What happened?” the doctor said, while he rode the stretcher to an examination room. “She OD’d on some pills” “Do wewe know what pills? What kind?” the doctor continued. “Sleeping pills” Stefan hastily said. “I didn’t catch the name, though” He looked at the doctor. “She’ll be okay, right?”
“We’ll empty her stomach, but it’s important for us to know what pills she...

Katherine watched Elena jumping into Damon’s car and Damon driving away. She knew now was her turn and an evil grin appeared on her face. She stuck her hand in her pocket and conjured a box named Sonata, which she had swiped from Jeremy.
“Elena got what?”
Stefan and Katherine turned around. Jeremy was standing in the doorway of the kitchen.
“Jeremy, please let me explain. But not here. Let’s go to the jikoni where we can talk in private” Stefan alisema and he went into the kitchen, Jeremy following him. Katherine, however, stayed behind. While Stefan filled Jeremy in on what...

7pm.
Damon’s phone rang, while Katherine was standing inayofuata to him, her hair straight. Bonnie had called Elena to go to The Grill to ‘have a drink’.
“Yes?” Damon alisema smooth.
“Damon?” Caroline asked.
“No, the pope” Damon sarcastically replied. Caroline sighed. “You’re sooo funny! Anyways, are wewe busy now?”
“Ehm, depends, why?” Damon asked.
“I might have a little something in store for you” Caroline alisema mischievous.
“Oh oh, should I worry?” Damon asked. Caroline laughed. “No, not at all” she reassured him. “It involves my house, dinner, you, Elena…You get...

“Open the door now, Stefan! I need to talk to my sister!”
Stefan opened the door after Jeremy had banged it about twelve times.
“Alright, alright, don’t get all up tied” Stefan alisema as he opened the door, a blood bag in his hand. “Now, what brings wewe here? Something about Elena, I assume?”
“I need to talk to her” Jeremy repeated. “And wewe know why”
Stefan shrugged. “Why didn’t wewe come here last night?”
“Because I knew Elena wasn’t here. I knew she was with Alaric and her friends, I didn’t want to make a scene” Jeremy explained.
“And wewe were also chicken that...

Tyler logged in to read his email. He frowned when he saw the 65 unread messages. He clicked on the first one. “I know what wewe are”
He clicked on the sekunde one. “I know what wewe are”
He clicked on the third one. “I know what your are’
All 65 mails held the same message. I know what wewe are. Tyler clicked on the reply button. “Hey, dude, don’t wewe have anything better to do in your spare time? Don’t wewe have a girlfriend au boyfriend to annoy? Get a life, already”
He pressed send. It seemed like only a sekunde had passed when he already received an answer.
“I know what wewe are and I’m going to tell everybody”
“Suit yourself, moron” Tyler send and he shut the computer down.
Elena opened her eyes and sat up. One thing was certain. This was not her room. Neither was it Damon’s. A picture of her and Stefan told her this was Stefan’s room. She got up and regretted it the moment she stood on her feet. Her head bounced, everything was blurry and she got so dizzy she had to sit down again. And on juu of that her stomach was twisting around. Then she remembered the state she was in. This was just one of the symptoms…Wait, Caroline didn’t say anything about feeling nauseous.
“Hey, I cleaned your sheets” Damon alisema in the doorway. He noticed Elena’s pale face....

Evening fell and the gang at Alaric’s loft had moved inside. Damon had aliyopewa in to Elena’s bia request and she was now halfway her second. Status Quo was playing and Caroline made her way to Damon. She took his hand and pulled him with her. Bonnie took his place. “Hey, Elena” she alisema soft.
“Hiii” Elena smiled and she threw her arms around her friend and squeezed her. “How wewe doing?”
“Fine” Bonnie said. “You?”
“Very good” Elena answered. She looked up and gasped. “Looook, I can see the stars”
“It’s seven, it’s not even dark yet” Bonnie said. “And we’re...

The sun warmed Kelsey’s body and as she opened her eyes she noticed she was covered with a jacket.
“It’s all I have”
Kelsey looked up and saw the bartender sitting inayofuata to her.
“I think introduction is in order. Keith” he alisema sticking out his hand, but Kelsey only stared at him confused. “My imagination is too restricted to fully understand what happened last night, but I have quite some theories” he added.
Kelsey rubbed her forehead.
“Stay here, I’ll get wewe some clothes” Keith alisema and he returned to his bar. A few dakika later he came back with some clothes. “I left...

The Lockwood House
Gabe walked the doorstep and knocked. He’d been to the police station, but they had refused to release his daughter. A few dakika later the door went open and a middle age woman appeared. She was wearing an apron. “Can I help you, sir?” “My name’s Gabe Lindy, Mr. Lockwood knows me. I have to speak to him” Gabe said. “I will see if he can make some time” the Maid answered. “Tell him it’s important” Gabe added. The Maid nodded and turned around.
A few dakika later the Maid returned with Mayor Lockwood. As soon as they arrived at the front door the Mayor...

The inayofuata morning when Gabe came in the jikoni he saw the TV was on, airing the news. They were talking about a car accident. Someone had hit a car and driven away. “The culprit has turned herself in last night” The newsreader told some zaidi details, but Gabe and Rachel didn’t hear it anymore.
“Idiot!” Gabe cursed.
“Gabe!” Rachel reproached, nodding at Amber who looked up from her plate rotating her head from her mother to her father and back. “Amber, sweetie, why don’t wewe take your breakfast upstairs? wewe can watch some TV in your room”
“Nice offer, mom, but I think I’d...

A cold wind teased Kelsey’s naked body and she shivered. She slowly opened her eyes and looked around. There was nothing but leaves. Kelsey searched the ground with her hands and they touched something cold and solid. She slowly and fearful rotated her head. When she saw her sister’s body she gasped and covered her mouth. “Oh my God” she started crying as she crawled to Amber. “Amber, wake up. Please, honey, wake up” But Ambers eyes remained closed. “I’m so sorry, Amber. This is all my fault” she sobbed.
“Hey, wewe didn’t do all of it. I kicked some punda too”
Kelsey looked...

Though there was no clock in the room and Tyler couldn’t check time he could feel the evening fell. Tonight was the night. They were going to set him free to go kill people. Maybe Klaus would try to turn him into a Hybrid as well. But that didn’t make any sense. If Klaus wanted to turn him he would’ve done it kwa now. A voice woke him from his thoughts. “Tyler? Tyler, what’s going on? Everything’s quiet here. Suspiciously quiet. Where have they gone?” Caroline hissed agitated.
“It’s a full moon tonight” Tyler said.
“So, what, they’re getting prepared?” Caroline said....

An tembo was walking between Kelsey and Amber, while they headed to an unknown destination. “Where exactly are we going?” Amber asked. “We’ve been walking for hours. I’m hungry” she complained.
“There’s plenty of chakula around” Kelsey said, waving her arm. “You mean like a rabbit?” Amber asked disgusted. “Yes, Am, like a rabbit” Kelsey confirmed. “Come on, we have to get moving”
“Where are we going?” Amber repeated her most urgent question.
“To a salama place” Kelsey answered, with a whiff of fear in her voice. “I need to get wewe somewhere safe”
“Safe?”...

Derek Janders. The name sounded familiar, but try as he might Damon could not figure out where he had heard it before.
“Let me buy wewe a drink” Derek said. It zaidi sounded like an order than a friendly gesture. He conjured his wallet and paid two whiskeys, after compelling the bartender not to ask his ID.
“Who turned you?” Damon asked, not touching his drink.
“Does it matter?” Derek answered with a question. “Look, wewe wanted me to tell wewe what I wanted, so here it is. I want wewe to train me, educate me in the world of vampires”
Now Damon drank to wash away that information....

Damon lifted Elena in his arms and walked out of the kitchen.
“I didn’t mean to” Katherine hastily said, but Damon ignored her. Just like he ignored the headache and the corrosive pain on his back. He carried Elena upstairs to his bedroom and lay her on the bed.
“Give her some of your blood” Katherine said, standing in the doorway. Damon shook his head. “I can’t do that” he said. “She will hate me”
Katherine rolled her eyes. “Yeah, and how many times has she tried to? Trust me, Damon, she will not hate you” she alisema as she walked towards the bed. She lay her hand on his...

Stefan’s eyes glided from Elena’s juu to her naked legs. “You really had nothing else to wear?” he asked doubtful. Elena frowned her eyebrows and pouted. “What’s wrong with this?” she asked, looking at her clothes.
“Nothing” Stefan waved his hand. “It’s fine. wewe look great, Elena”
“Are wewe angry with me?” Elena asked careful.
“No, I’m not angry” Stefan alisema annoyed.
“Yes, wewe are” Elena alisema upset. She crossed her arms and pressed the door bell, refusing to look at Stefan.
Stefan walked inayofuata to her. “Elena, come on, don’t… be like this, okay? Look,...

After he had gotten breakfast and his guardian had left he crawled to the ukuta on the opposite side of the room. He had to be very quiet, because he knew she wasn’t the only one who could hear him. The other Wanyonya damu had a very good hearing too. He lay his hands on the ukuta and whispered: “Caroline?” No response. “Caroline” a little harder, but still soft.
Caroline lifted her head and opened her ears. No way! That was not possible. When Amber alisema there were others Caroline assumed she was talking about vampires, not werewolves.
“Tyler? Is that you?” she asked.
“Yeah, but keep...

Elena felt how someone caressed her cheek. She smiled and took the hand. She opened her eyes and her smile faded away when she looked in Stefan’s brown eyes. She blinked and scribbled back until she hit the edge of her bed.
“Oh” she let out. “It’s you” she said. Stefan laughed. “Well, of course it’s me. Who else did wewe expect?” he asked rhetorically. He took Elena’s hand and pulled her out of bed. He took her face in his hands. “I’m sorry for being such a jerk yesterday. I was… awful. I almost got wewe killed” he alisema soft.
“Oh, well, I’m still alive” Elena...

Kelsey poked her sister to wake her up. Amber opened her eyes and looked around. They were still in the woods and seemed to have spend the night there. Kelsey pulled her sister up and dragged her with her.
“What’s the rush?” Amber asked surprised kwa Kelsey’s speed.
“We need to get wewe somewhere safe” Kelsey alisema agitated, not slowing down.
“Why? Okay, I know I have to be careful for the sheriff and vampire hunters, but I’m not going to get myself caught” Amber said.
“Trust me, the sheriff’s the least of your worries right now” Kelsey said. She ran even faster. “What...

“Can I talk to you?” Bonnie alisema with a piercing glance at Damon. He looked angry at her and turned to Elena. “I’m sorry” he alisema soft. “I have to go. Goodnight, Elena” he alisema and he kissed her cheek. He got off the kitanda and covered her up. Elena took his hand. “Will wewe be back tomorrow?” Damon averted his head to Bonnie who’s face had a ‘no way in hell’ expression and thus Damon turned to Elena again. “’Course I will. Can hardly wait” he promised. He walked towards the door and followed Bonnie outside. As soon as the door closed Bonnie slapped Damon in the face....
