Tough swali to fully know the anwser to. I don't think it is techinally planned for another movie at this time, but I do believe it will be aliyopewa thought. I watched an interview with DD and GA and kwa the looks of it. I think they are willing for another movie, but it's entirely up to the creator, Chris Carter. I know I would upendo to see another x-files movie as well as other fans.
