This is an makala I have written for my sister, Adrienne. It's for her amusement.

The room is bright. Too bright. It's so bright that it seems bleached. Greyson Chance knows this.
"Too bright... Too bright! I'm blind!" He closes the shutters in his room and spins around in his dawati chair. "Wee!"
There's a knock on the door, and he quickly composes himself with a small smile and a quick nod. "Come in."
It's his mother. She walk-skips into the room with a broad grin on her face.
"Greyson, I have great news! You're invited!"
"Invited?" He raises an eyebrow, still smiling but quizzically now.
"Yes! wewe know that big party hosted kwa MTV in Los Angeles? wewe got invited! All the greatest stars are going to be there: Jay-Z, Flo Rida, Nicki Minaj, and even a few televisheni shows like The Big Bang Theory and The Springs!"
"The Springs? That means Adrienne's going! Book a meza, jedwali for me please. I'll be there. When is it?" He takes a quick draught of his water bottle.
"It's tonight."
Spit-taking, he glances up at her. "What?!"
"It's tonight! Get ready!"
"They could have really informed me sooner. Holy bejeezus." He stands up and runs over to his closet.

. . .

The Phantomhive manor is alight with energy. The workers bustle away with their daily chores, and the dust motes are seen dancing their way through the sunlight cast from the windows.
The wooden door opens and the butler, Sebastian, smiles in greeting, pushing his trolley through the door and into his master's office.
"Good morning, My Lord. Today, we have a nice lemon, limau cake with lemon, limau icing. In addition, I have a cold pitcher of maziwa au hot chai to suit it."
Ciel Phantomhive, the landlord of the Phantomhive estate, nods curtly and sets his newspaper aside.
"I have a letter for you." Sebastian kindly hands it to him. "It looks important enough. If anything, I'd say it looks quite American."
"Yes." Ciel turns it over in his hands. Curiously, he opens the envelope and reads. It's a nice letter, very business-like and official.
"It's a party invitation. I'm not interested," Ciel says disdainfully.
"May I?"
Ciel hands the letter over and Sebastian reads.
"Master, I think it would be wise of wewe to reconsider your decision. This letter is issued to wewe not from just anyone, but from a successful televisheni corporation."
"What do I care?" Ciel looks away, frowning. "What America does has nothing to do with me au my company."
"That may be," Sebastian glances at him blankly, "but considering the circumstance, I think it would be beneficial for the company, itself. wewe attending this party may very well promote the Phantomhive industry."
"Don't be so petty." Ciel gets up and looks out his window. "America isn't interested."
"You don't know that. And besides, I heard that this party isn't just a party. It's a live award ceremony. Everybody who is anybody will be there, and it would be customary for wewe to attend. Just like our little conversation concerning your dancing skills--"
"Don't remind me!" Ciel places two fingers on his forehead, eyes closed.
Sebastian smiles to himself and places a piece of lemon, limau cake on a plate. "That little girl from The Springs will be going."
Ciel turns suddenly and looks at him. "You're not joking?"
"Yes, if I recall." Sebastian turns away. "What was her name? Adrienne?"
"Yes, Adrienne," Ciel confims.
"Right."
"Well, why didn't wewe say that sooner? Book me a flight when wewe can." Ciel begins drinking tea. "When is this ceremony?"
"Tonight."
Spit-taking out the window, Ciel exclaims, "What?!"
"I'll get wewe there on time, Master. Don't worry. If I couldn't get My Lord to his parties on time, then what kind of butler would I be?"

. . .

The cast of The Springs is already up and about. It's just the morning, but everybody has already aroused themselves. Everyone except Adrienne.
"Adrienne," Jordan, her sister, says, shaking her. "Adrienne, wake up now."
"No," Adrienne groans and turns over on her side.
Jordan sighs and looks at the others. "This is ridiculous. Nothing can wake this girl up. Nothing!"
Redman bursts into the room, shaking an envelope in the air. "IT'S TIME TO LEAVE! IT'S TIME TO LEAVE! IT'S TIME TO LEAVE!"
Adrienne screams and sits up in her bed.
"Everybody get ready. We're going to the MTV Awards tonight in Los Angeles."
"What? Tonight? Are wewe absolutely insane?" Xavier exclaims.
"I am not." Redman sniffs. "We're a maarufu televisheni show. We get invited to this kind of shit, so get your asses packing!"
Adrienne frowns, rubbing her eyes. "Can't I just stay here and... wewe know... sleep?"
Redman glares at her. "Geh outta beh."
"Fine," she mutters and sits up.
"Yeh." Redman nods. "So, yeh, there's gonna be a lot of people there: Lady Gaga, Maroon 5, LMFAO, Justin Bieber--"
The cast gives a groan of displeasure.
"Family Guy, Dexter, The Big Bang Theory, The Springs, and uh... Black Butler and Greyson Chance and Johnny Depp--"
"Black Butler and Greyson Chance?" Adrienne asks excitedly.
"Yeah," Redman says, looking at the contents of the envelope.
"Woo!" Adrienne throws her arms up in the air. "Ciel and Greyson are going. Now I'm happy. I'm getting ready. I don't know about wewe bishes." Adrienne leaps up and runs to the bathroom, plugging in the flat-iron.
"Well, I guess we don't have much of a choice." Xavier rolls his eyes.
"Here we gooooooo!" Jordan runs over to the bathroom, too. The rest of the cast busy themselves with luggage and morning routine.

. . .

"Welcome, welcome!" the announcer, a slim girl in a sparkly, tan dress with bouncy, curled brown hair says. "Welcome to the MTV Awards of 2012!"
The crowd goes wild. Everyone has his au her own thoughts about tonight's award ceremony. Opinions and chat are tossed back to and fro amongst the onlookers as they guess who will win the title of each category.
"Hope wewe enjoy tonight's festivities and the concerts we have to offer! We'll be beginning the awards soon enough, but first we'll be playing some muziki for some socializing. Get all of the talking out of your system for tonight's events, and we'll see wewe in a bit!" She walks off the stage.
The crowd cheers and claps, whistling with encouragement.
"Would wewe look at this place? It's amazing!" Jordan's gaze wanders about the giant auditorium.
"Yes, it's symmetrical in every way." Kid's eyes are alight with admiration and love.
Liz rolls her eyes. "We're in California at an award ceremony in Los Angeles, and all wewe can think about right now is symmetry. This is going to be a long night."

. . .

Greyson Chance walks into the large expanse of auditorium, accompanied kwa his friend, Cody Simpson. "This is so cool!" Greyson says, looking around and shading his eyes. "Now, where's Adrienne?"
"Someone's in love." Cody laughs and nudges him with his elbow.
"Me? Pshh. Me? She's a friend. Now be quiet. I'm in tafuta mode." He continues shading his eyes and scanning the room.
"Greyson! Greysoooooon!"
"Did wewe hear something?" Cody asks.
"Greyson! Greysey-poo!"
"I don't know." Greyson shrugs.
"Grey-grey! Greysooooon! Greyson Chaaaance!"
"I think it's coming from over--oof!" Greyson is tackled suddenly to the floor.
"Greyson! I've been waiting for wewe to get here! Where've wewe been?!" Adrienne laughs.
"Adrienne! I... can't see your face!" He laughs.
"Oops!" She gets off him, and he stands up and hugs her. "It's been awhile!"
"I know! Hi, Cody! Both of wewe can sit with us."
"We already have a meza, jedwali booked, but I guess we can give it to someone else." Greyson shrugs. "Let's go!"

. . .

"Ugh, just look at this party. It's dreadful." Ciel sighs.
"I think it's quite nice, so it is!" Mey Rin clasps her hands together lovingly.
"Don't be such a party-pooper, My Lord." Sebastian gives Ciel one of his winning smiles. "If wewe open yourself to the festivities, wewe may find yourself having a bit of fun."
"Or a bit of irritation," Ciel counters. "I only came here because of--"
"Ciel!" a voice calls.
"There's your reason, Master." Sebastian looks ahead, smiling and drooping his eyelids knowingly.
Adrienne bounds up and hugs him. "I've been waiting for wewe to get here!"
"Adrienne!" Ciel hugs her back. "I've been here for awhile, actually."
"You have?" she asks. "My bad! I only spotted wewe now...which is pretty retarded of me because it shouldn't be too hard to find a boy with blue hair and an eye-patch in this crowd."
He laughs. "It's all right. Where are wewe sitting?"
"I'm sitting right over there, near the stage! Come on!" She grabs his hand and tows him along.
"Oh!" Ciel exclaims. "Sebastian, just stand around and look...professional au something. I'll call wewe if I need you!"
Sebastian bows. "Very well, Young Master."
They approach the linen-covered tables and Adrienne introduces Ciel to the cast.
"Everyone, meet Ciel. Ciel, meet...my home-piggies. Yeah... home-piggies."
Ciel manages to sputter out, "Um...hello...home...piggies." He gives Adrienne a 'what-the-hell' expression. "All right, I refuse to call them that."
Greyson eyes the newcomer suspiciously, and Adrienne takes a kiti, kiti cha inayofuata to him.
"Who's the pirate?" Greyson nudges her.
"That's not nice, Grey-Grey!" She gasps. "His name is Ciel, and he's a close friend of mine."
Ciel takes a kiti, kiti cha inayofuata to Adrienne and casts a glance at Greyson. Huh... I wonder who the brunette with the smiley attitude is. Why is he smiling so much? Why is he sitting so close to Adrienne? Why is he talking to Adrienne?!
"Hey!" Ciel shouts above the crowd. "Adrienne!"
She looks at him. "What, Ciel?"
"Who's... that boy?" he asks, clearly annoyed.
"He's my friend, Greyson Chance! We've been Marafiki for awhile! He has a great imba voice. wewe should hear him sing!"
Ciel glowers. "He can't be that great..."
"Of course he is! That's not nice, Ci-el!"
Man, what is wrong with these two tonight?
The announcer makes her way back up onto the stage. "All right, everyone! I think you've all waited long enough! We will begin the award ceremony now!"
Everyone applauds gratefully, but Ciel just looks around like he's the only normal one in the room.
"First! Best Female Artist Award!" Then the woman walks off the stage, and the lights dim to the glow of an ember.
The contestants onyesha up on a video feed, and the chorus from a song of theirs plays as each contestant shows up: Taylor mwepesi, teleka (Enchanted), Jennifer Lopez (On The Floor), Selena Gomez (A mwaka Without Rain), Miley Cyrus (I Can't Be Tamed), Beyoncé (Halo), Lady Gaga (Marry The Night), and Hayley Williams (Misery Business).
After the video is over, Johnny Depp walks up on stage with an envelope. "Okay," he begins, "the winner for Best Female Artist goes to...Taylor Swift!"
The chorus of her song, "Enchanted," begins to play as she gets up from her seat, smiling with pure joy, and makes her way up to the stage.
The original female singer returns and says, "Next, we have our Best Male Artist Award! Here are our contestants!" She motions toward the screen, and another video feed shows up.
Justin Bieber (Boyfriend), Jason Mraz (I Won't Give Up), Bruno Mars (It Will Rain), Greyson Chance (Unfriend You), Cody Simpson (On My Mind), Usher (DJ Got Us Falling In upendo Again).
Adrienne walks up on stage with the envelope this time and opens it eagerly and hopefully.
"The winner is...Greyson Chance!" She claps quickly and smiles with joy.
The beginning of his song, "Unfriend You," begins to play as he makes his way up to the stage. His expression is shocked beyond belief. He places the palms of his hands on either side of his face and gapes in a comical manner. A lot of people laugh throughout the crowd, and he accepts the award and hugs Adrienne tightly.
Ciel looks up at the stage, an anime sweat drop appearing kwa his face. "This cannot be happening."
They get off the stage and Ciel is death glaring Greyson.
The awards continue until it finally comes to the last category: Best televisheni onyesha Award.
The entries are The Big Bang Theory, Dexter, Glee, Degrassi, The Vampire Diaries, The Springs, and Supernatural.
The theme song plays for each onyesha as they are listed. Eddie Murphey reads off the envelops, "The winner is... The Springs! Well, what do ya know?"
The Springs' cast cheers in delight and they all go up there to receive their award.
"We did it, man! I upendo you!" Stan says, hugging Kyle tightly.
"I upendo you, too, dude!" Kyle cries tears of joy.
"That was gay."
"That was really gay!"
"WE WON! WE WON! WE FUCKING WON!!!" Redman bursts through the crowd, stripped to his underwear. He runs and hops onto the crowd, bulling servers out of the way. "Gimme that!" He snatches the award out of Butters' hands. "WE WON! LOOK AT THIS! WE WON! IN YO FACE!!!"
"Ohhh..." Butters hesitates and backs away.
"What is it with all these bloody awards?" Ciel asks himself in irritation.
The award ceremony is over, and the crowd is allowed to songesha about the auditorium. The tables and chairs are cleared away, and a dance-floor is prepared.
muziki rings out from the speakers, and a lot of people dance to the beat willy-nilly.
Ciel leans against a wall, holding an orange, fizzy drink with little interest.
Greyson approaches him. "Hey! So you're a friend of Adrienne's, huh?" He smiles awkwardly. "Cooool..."
Ciel swirls his drink around distractedly with his wrist. "Yes, I am. And you're a friend of hers, too. How...great."
Greyson nods. "Yeah... It's awesome."
There's a moment of silence, and then they both say together, "So who are wewe to her?"
Ciel scoffs. "I'm just her friend."
Greyson nods. "So...So am I. But that might change! She digs my singing." He flips his hair for dramatic effect.
"That's all well and good, but she likes my English accent. No offense, but she alisema British accents are sexy in her honest opinion." He smirks, now confident with the argument.
"Yeah," Greyson nods, "'Cause everyone likes people that walk around sounding like there's a rock stuck in their throat."
Ciel almost crushes his glass. "Are wewe insulting my British dialect?"
Greyson turns around. "Not at all, dude!" He walks away, still laughing to himself.
Ciel turns away and composes his facial expression. "I'll onyesha that wanker."
"Ciel!" Adrienne hop-skips up to him. "Want to go the snack meza, jedwali and talk about bila mpangilio stuff? Pwease?"
He looks into her eyes like they're the most beautiful things he's ever laid eyes on. "Of course I'd like to," he almost says in a daze.
They stride to the snack meza, jedwali and talk with no exact topic in mind.
Out of the corner of his eyes, Ciel espies Greyson watching closely.
Smiling, Ciel spins Adrienne around. "Care to dance?"
"Ooh, Ciel!" she exclaims playfully. "Yeah, baby. Let's dance."
Thinking of a different kind of dance, Adrienne begins to break-dance and jerk on the floor randomly.
"Uh..." Ciel says, looking at her.
"What? This is dancing! Come on!" Adrienne placates.
"You're not dancing! You're... moving your arms and legs around like a spastic horse!"
"Horse?" she asks. "Oh!" Then she begins to sing that gibberish song from the video with the two-legged horse on YouTube.
Ciel looks at her like she's nuts.
"Stop... That's... That's..." He holds in his laughter. "Adrienne, that's...not...funny." His frown begins to break. Then he bursts out into uncontrollable laughter, while Adrienne keeps imba the gibber song.
Seeing that they're having fun, Greyson walks over. "May I have this daaaaance?" Now Greyson is dancing like a spastic kaa with Adrienne.
Ciel's laughing stops upon seeing Greyson. "Get...Get out of here! This was mine and her moment!"
But Greyson isn't listening. He's dancing to the beat with Adrienne and laughing hysterically.
"Come on, Ciel! jiunge us!" Adrienne giggles.
Ciel droops his eyelids again in irritation. "I'll be over here...drowning myself in the ngumi, punch bowl."
After the muziki is over and things die down, Adrienne gives Greyson a hug. "I had so much fun tonight!"
Greyson hugs her back, sighing with upendo and stroking her hair. "I had fun, tooooo."
"Uh... Haha, Greyson."
He continues stroking her hair soothingly.
"You sure like playing with my hair, don't you, boy?" She laughs.
"Oh! Sorry!" He smooths her hair one last time and steps away.
Ciel walks forward. "I have to leave if I want to make it back to England at a decent time."
"No, Ciel! wewe have to stay in America! I miss wewe too much!"
Ciel smiles at the thought of Adrienne missing him. "I'll be back." He hugs her tightly and soaks in her embrace. "You stay safe, Love."
Greyson grimaces. "Oh, so wewe call her 'Love' now, huh?"
Ciel frowns and looks at him. "Yes, do wewe have a problem with that?"
"She's...not your girlfriend."
"I call a lot of women 'Love.' It's an English thing, wewe fool."
"Well, sorry I'm not familiar with the terms of Big-Teeth Town!"
"What did wewe just say?" Ciel exclaims.
"You heard me! au did your teeth block the sound waves?"
"You bloody idiot! I'll kill you!"
"Please! The worst wewe could do is gnaw me to death!"
Adrienne sighs. "My boys..."
