It was called Wait, Is Lady Sif In Thor: Ragnarok au Not? - CINEMABLEND
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:

Thor: Ragnarok is the third chapter in the ongoing saga, there are certain characters who were part of the previous two that are expected to come back. So when Marvel made a massive announcement about new cast members who’d been added to the MCU – from Jeff Goldblum to Karl Urban -- fans of the Thor movies scanned the news for mention of Jaimie Alexander, and her warrior character Sif. Unfortunately, she wasn’t mentioned.
Does that mean that Lady Sif will not be part of Thor: Ragnarok? That was the assumption, which was backed up by this Tweet posted by The Hollywood Reporter writer Borys Kit:
Not returning to the movie is Jamie Alexander, who plays Sif. Conflict with her BLINDSPOT tv show, according to sources.
Are his sources correct? It’s certainly possible. Jaimie Alexander does have a regular gig on a television program, and it’s definitely possible that a lengthy shoot in Australia for Thor: Ragnarok could interfere with the series. Although the bulk of Thor: Ragnarok is due to take place in the galaxies – where Sif would be located – it’s now brimming with several characters, including The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), and Hela (Cate Blanchett). So Sif isn’t really required.
On the flip side, Jaimie Alexander hit Twitter soon after the casting announcement, and addressed the news herself:
But what the heck does that even mean? "Don’t worry… I got a good-paying gig, so I don’t need that Marvel money anymore?" Or does it mean, "Don’t worry… I’ll be part of the second wave of casting?" Except, I don’t think that there WILL be a second wave of casting. This news release mentioned all of the names we thought that we would hear, including Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Anthony Hopkins (Odin), and Idris Elba (Heimdall). Wouldn’t Sif, and Jaimie Alexander, be part of that group?
We’ll have to wait and see what’s officially announced, but Alexander’s cryptic message leads me to believe that Lady Sif will NOT be part of this third Thor movie. Will you miss her being around?
