Tim is producing 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter', and Timur Bekmambetov is directing (he also directed 'Night Watch' and 'Wanted').
It's based on a fictional book kwa Seth Grahame-Smith (who is also screenplay writer for 'Dark Shadows').
I have read the book, and I really liked it. I believe it's based on real events, but is manipulated throughout the story, making it fictional. XD
