I just really don't think they would find the right actor to play him (Probably pick someone famous like Zac Efron or something...yuck). Besides, I kind of liked how The Dark Knight was dark and stuff, and having Tim in there would lighten the movie up. I don't think that's what people are hoping for in the next Batman movie.
