Tina turner is a name we all recoginze beautiful person and singer.But what does tina yurner really feel inside hurt and abuse.From 1960 to 1976 she was married to ike turner.She had kids with him.They were really happy at first they made songs and everything together.But Ike had a problem he would abuse her beat her and multiple of things.Tina had enough of it she got a divorce.All she wanted to keep was her name Tina Turner because her real first name was anna something i don`t know what her last name was.When she was just a kid her mom took her sister and left her with her granmother.But when her grandmother died her mom took her back.And if wewe guys know her songs the song What`s upendo got to do with it is based on how she was beaten how sad wright.Well there wewe have it TINA TURNER.

Cathy-Crazee I lived and worked in Vancouver in the 70's. i saw Tina LIVE two times. The first time was with Ike at a small club called Little Ceasars (or close to it) I was some disappointed that Ike was the show with the Ikettes getting little spot light and even Tina go one small song with him and the rest of the time she was backup do-op. She had ten times his charisma. I believe they were in some digs on Denham st. in English Bay. We saw her the next day and her face was all bruised up. We spoke. What a wonderful and powerful woman! My friend Charlie and I attended her first solo at the old Cave..It was stupendous!!!!! I cryed and got goose bumps. River Deep Mountain High. She never ever did anything Nice and Easy...way to go Tina. Daughter of Proud Mary!!!

sarnejay I HAVE SEEN TINA LIVE TWICE IN ENGLAND.WILDEST DREAMS TOUR AT SHEFFIELD DON VALLEY STADIUM.I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE PICTURES THAT I TOOK AND FOR EVER MORE THEY WILL BE UNIQUE AS IS TINA.THE WEATHER WAS HOT AND THE FEVER PITCH HIGH.TINA COULD ONLY DO WHAT SHE WAS BORN TO DO AND THAT IS ''SIMPLY THE BEST''I SAW TINA AT MANCHESTER ARENA AND THE REALLY RARE APPEARANCE OF TINA'S ONE OFF TOUR.MAGICAL AND GRACEFUL AS EVER.THIS SHY ICONIC LADY WILL LIVE FOR EVER IN ENGLANDS HEART.I FEEL PRIVILAGED AND SO GRATEFUL FOR HER PRESCENCE.WHAT A SHOW STOPPER AND WHAT A WARM AND GENEROUS PERSON SHE IS.GOD BLESS TINA FOR ALWAYS.THANK YOU TINA AND ALL YOUR BAND FOR MANY YEARS OF HAPPINESS YOU HAVE CREATED.TINA IS TRULY A ROSE OF ENGLAND.XXXXXXXX
