First of all I'm almost positive she is not going to turn her. I'm not altogether sure she knows how and it's not easy to turn someone like it is for Twilight vampires. Also most young Wanyonya damu wouldn't have the control for it, and this is why I think it is much zaidi likely that she will kill her. In the vitabu Bill goes on about how young Wanyonya damu kill zaidi often than older Wanyonya damu do multiple times...but what I think will actually happen is that she will drink some of Hoyt's mother's blood but Hoyt will stop her from killing his mamma, probably kwa reminding her of their relationship and the things she doesn't want to ruin au something like that

I think Jesica will want to kill her at first, but she'll stop and turn her, because she does not want to hurt Hoyt kwa eating his mother. LOL. Maybe in this way she will have a mother in her immortal life also.
