Chapter Five
Mason met Olivia at his inayopendelewa restaurant. It was a perfect siku for a chajio, chakula cha jioni date. The sun was shinny, the clouds were extra white, and the nyasi seemed greener then ever. If only she knew that this was a chajio, chakula cha jioni date. He signed the last autograph for today as Olivia sat across from him at their round table. Her hair was curly and in a ponytail. Then she wore a red dress with a thick, black ukanda in the middle. His sekunde impression of her was still the same, gorgeous. This tarehe was going pretty well but Cassidy dresses better. Mainly because Cassidy is rich but he didn't want to go into details.
Olivia pulled a thick, manila folder from her mfuko wa fedha, mfuko and placed it on the table. She pulled a document out. "I got the permits before I came." She pulled out other documents. "They all accepted the price wewe gave and we can begin shooting there anytime we want."
"Good, good," he said. "Enough about business. Tell me zaidi about you." She raised an eyebrow but he simply ignored it.
"Well, what do wewe want to know?" She asked.
"What about your family?" he investigated.
"Okay, um, my dad is a retired teacher and my mom works as an author." Olivia wanted to know why her boss was interested in her private life. She didn't want to put her job in jeopardy kwa refusing to answer his maswali but still her life is private. "What about you, Mr. Hotshot?"
He laughed. "My dad works at a bank and my mom does volunteer work. I have an older brother, Charlie, and a younger sister, Brooke." He smiled at her but quickly stopped. Falling in upendo with her meant losing Cassidy and for some reason he just didn't want to let go of Cassidy. She was just too special "But wewe could have found that information out on the internet."
"Yes but sometimes the Internet lies," Olivia commented. She had noticed the quick smile. She longed for nothing zaidi then for Mason Montgomery to have the hots for her. He could have any girl he wanted but she wanted him to choose her. Cassidy is one lucky girl. "Okay now tell me about your upendo for directing?"
"To tell wewe the truth, I am zaidi into uandishi then directing. Not to brag au anything but I am talented in both uandishi and directing."
"Try hard not to be so modest," she alisema sarcastically. She got him to laugh again and this time he didn't try to stop.
"What are wewe interest?" He interrogated. The waitress came kwa with his usual.
"I'll have a turkey sandwich, sandwichi on wheat please," Olivia ordered the waitress.
"Nope, she will have the lobster," Mason overruled.
"That is way too expensive," she said. "I could never afford it."
"But I am paying for you," he replied.
"I could never let you," She reasoned.
"It's done," he said. He waitress scurried off to tell the chef. Olivia was a little astounded that he would pay for her meal. Although she wasn't done with the argument, it looked it has already been settled. "Now I asked wewe what is your interest?"
"Um . . . I guess I like to draw," she replied. "I'm actually really good. In the fifth grade I won an award for the best painting in my school."
"Look who's being modest now," he commented.
As the time passed and they ate, they learned zaidi and zaidi about each other. They almost became friends, best Marafiki in fact. Mason was never the man to learn zaidi then he wanted to learn about a person. He could tell wewe Olivia's inayopendelewa color but if wewe asked him anything about Cassidy he would have nothing to tell. Whenever he was with Cassidy, they never talked. All they would do is kiss au eat. Cassidy seemed fine with the way things were but sometimes Mason wanted zaidi from her.
Olivia wish she could tell Mason that Cassidy wasn't his type. He needed a girl who wasn't so flashy. He needed someone nice and sweet, not her! She had a million things to tell him like how he should dump Cassidy before something bad happens au how much she loved him. He would never upendo a misfit like her. She was pathetic. Cassidy probably had her own condo and maybe she even had a restraining order from her parents. Those two things was what Olivia wanted. She loved her parents but she can't stand being so close to them everyday. How did she handle it as a child growing up?
When they finished eating, neither of them wanted to leave. To leave would mean they wouldn't be able to see each other for the rest of the day. Neither could bare to think the thought. Mason walked with her down the boulevard. They passed thousands of store windows and whatever Olivia wanted he would buy for her. She would refuse every time and he would eventually make her accept the gift. After a while Olivia let him buy her things. It made her feel special in that weird way. It almost felt like he was cheating on Cassidy.
When the afternoon sun had finally set, the moon came straight up, giving off that romantic vibe. Mason felt almost giddy to be walking with Olivia. She was immensely beautiful and it was hard to ignore. It was like she didn't even know she was so pretty. To make it even zaidi romantic, it started raining. He held the umbrella over them both and they walked to find shelter but what they found wasn't all that warm and inviting.
On the other side of the road stood an angry Cassidy. She didn't have a anything to protect her from the rain. She was completely soaked from head to toe. She glared evilly at Olivia who was bone dry. Mason was confused. So he took the cowardly way out and ran over to Cassidy to shelter her from the rain. Olivia had to walk nyumbani alone and wet. She was completely fooled kwa Mason's good looks and boyish charm.
The following day, Olivia was doing her usual rounds with Mason. After last night things became extremely awkward between them. Mason was sorry he had to leave Olivia but Cassidy was his girlfriend. Olivia was just upset over the sneer on Cassidy's face.
Cassidy was in her dressing room when Mason came by. He missed her gently on the lips and asked if everything was okay. "Yes, sweetness but I really need to talk to your assistant for just a minute."
"Now honey bun we talk about this last night," Mason alisema quietly.
"Don't worry I'm so over it." Mason looked apologetically at Olivia and he left the trailer. Olivia felt alone in the trailer. Cassidy smiled hugely at her.
"You think wewe are just so slick." Cassidy stared deep and hard at Olivia. "Mason belongs to me now and no matter what wewe try to do I will always have him." She talked about Mason like he was her property.
"I am not interested in him," Olivia tried.
"Ha! Stop with all the innocent crap!" Cassidy half yelled. She was completely lunatic. wewe could see it in the eyes. "Just stay away from him au wewe will wish wewe were dead." Cassidy held a butcher kisu close to her. Olivia backed out the door and then sprinted towards the bathroom to vomit.

Hi. My name is Jake Gartner, and right now, basically a huge mutant serpent is coming to kumeza me whole, tear me to pieces of flesh, so I have no time to talk right now. Oh, um...you want to follow me? Sure, just accept that everyday will be the best of the thrills. Right now, we are not getting any help from the immortal world, so just know that we have a horrible system of magic right now, and we have an extremely low supply of weapons, thus, the chance that wewe will get out of this mess is around eighty-six percent. (because of me, the master of war) Oh yeah, the serpent. Enough talk. (ROARS) Off to kill a mutant serpent!!! (stabs, deflects, cuts a gash in its head, dies) That's only our first one, trainee. Whatever your name is. inayofuata time, I invite wewe to jiunge with us on our battle. And it will be even zaidi life-consuming, if wewe know what that means.
I walk into
The Fields of Sorrow
Once again.
Why do I walk there
Almost everyday?
I stroll along the grasses
Thinking
Bearing a horrible pain.
I think of the world around me
And how much they have inspired me.
I start to cry once again.
All my teachers
All my friends,
They have always stood kwa me,
When things went wrong.
I want a chance to repay them,
To onyesha them that...
Their work was useful.
To onyesha them that
I am truly thankful.
Why do I have to leave them then
Now?
No, now's not a good time.
But I know it was not intended
That I leave them now.
I want to onyesha all those people
That they have been
The change of my life,
That they have made my life so much
Better,
That they were the flames
In the darkness.
The Fields of Sorrow
Once again.
Why do I walk there
Almost everyday?
I stroll along the grasses
Thinking
Bearing a horrible pain.
I think of the world around me
And how much they have inspired me.

When I see you,I don't know what to say
I think of you, just about everyday
When your around hysterical,it's unpredictable...with me,I try to be serious, buts it's no use...
(Chorus) When I look at you,I turn away,When I hear your name,I try a different way, (fast) Your smile is alluring, and your eyes always occuring on my mind, If I explain I'll go insane,so I'll keep my mind blank,The angels are jealous about wewe from up above, and though wewe dont know it;you always give me La-la love,yeah,La-la love
When I sing,to me,you play the music,Im intrigued-sing with me,oh oh
When I dance wewe wewe dance too,In everything I do,To me,Your here,so what Im having fantasies,who cares?
(Chorus)
My moyo is pounding,No sound surrounds me,exept your velvety voice...I'll say it once again,Your the muziki in my head,I can't build up to it any other way,Ive already done as much as I may...
(Chorus) LA,la,la,la,la wewe give me...love
I think of you, just about everyday
When your around hysterical,it's unpredictable...with me,I try to be serious, buts it's no use...
