I was raised not to fear anything. I was told to face it, taste it, welcome it.
I haven’t faced real fear before.
Not fear for this huge ball of fur, manyoya whose trying to smash my brain out. Not fear for my life. But fear that this glorious angel, who is standing a foot away – wait, I think I just saw her up the Redwood – wait she couldn’t be up that tree, how could she? Unless my brain’s already smashed inside my skull.
Where was I?
Incoherency. Damaged brain, no doubt.
Again, I fear that this glorious angel, nearer to our fight now, would be hurt, harmed in any way.
“Stand back!” I yelled at her.
I felt the huge paw smash my chest.
The Angel was still watching, though not so still anymore. What color are her eyes? I want to know.
She’s watching. I have to put on a show.
“Oh no, wewe don’t!” I bellowed at the kubeba with all the toughness I could muster.
Couldn’t blame the kubeba of course. I could be very irritating whenever I want to. I almost snorted mischievously.
Then, came the clawing part. I felt the skin on my left cheek rip.
“Aaaw!” I tried to muffle my scream. Thinking of the watching angel, again.
I looked at her, while the kubeba hurled me to the ground.
She was staring at me with horror in her eyes. Indecision was in there, too.
I winked at her. Smiled sexily, I wished. This is nothing. I want to let her know. I’m strong. I can handle this.
Her beautiful face blurred. I could hardly breathe. I was thankful for the darkness that washed over my senses.
Wait! It’s too dark. I can’t see her face.
I heard the bear’s angry screams – then, gurgled, then muffled, then silence….
I felt cold hands tafuta for my pulse, too cold hands. I almost shivered.
Is she an Angel of Death?
Death? Oh! Anytime. As long as she’s the one delivering it.
I felt the wind beneath my body. Feels like I’m floating.
“Hold on! We’re almost there.” A silvery voice said.
muziki to my ears – like cherubs playing the harp.
“Keep breathing, please….”
I would, if that means I get to hear her voice.
The floating stopped.
“Carlisle, please. I saw him in the woods, mauled kwa a bear. Will you?” The last two words were spoken in a whisper. I could almost see the Angel wringing her hands.
The man called Carlisle nodded, stepped towards me…
Then it hit me. Pain. Flame.
I couldn’t keep up the façade anymore.
I screamed. I trashed. I buckled. I tried to free myself from iron grips.
“Ssshhh. Be strong. It will be over soon, I promise.”
Cherubs playing the harp once again.
Her voice – antidote to the pain, the flame.
I opened my eyes, when the pain ebbed.
Whoa! Everything’s so clear.
The Angel, my golden Angel is standing again, just a foot away from the bed, where I lay.
I tried to reach for her.
Her eyes were golden. Golden?
Well, she is my golden angel. Perfect. No beyond perfect.
Again, I reached out for her.
In a blink of an eye, a young man stood in front of us.
Who’s he?
The Angel tried to come near me.
The young man stopped her.
“Be careful, Rosalie.” He said. Deep baritone.
“Rosalie” I whispered. Hey! Was that my voice? Could that be my voice?
Rosalie shrugged away from the young man.
“This young man has a name – Edward.” He said.
Huh? It’s as if he could hear my thoughts.
Edward smirked.
He could. He couldn’t.
Edward glared at me. Eyeing Rosalie at the foot of the bed, now looking shyly at me.
The guy’s too sullen for my taste.
He smirked again. I raised my eyebrows.
“Hi! How’re wewe feeling?” My Angel – My Rosalie breathed.
Such sweet scent.
“Baffled. Where am I?” I winced, hearing my voice again.
Rosalie looked at Carlisle meaningfully.
I didn’t notice before the lovely young woman beside him.
“We’ll discuss a lot of things, young man.” Carlisle, whom I thought first, was God, alisema gently.
Edward looked amused.
“My name is…” I frowned. “Emmet.” zaidi confident now.
I stared at Rosalie and she stared back.
“I think I’m smitten kwa you.” I blurted out.
Rosalie smiled – gloriously, beautifully, perfectly.
I sighed.
Edward rolled his eyes.
“There’s a lot to know about me, Emmet. About my family. About who wewe are now.” She said.
I bounced off the bed. Whoa!
I could feel raw strength in every inch of my body.
Edward’s stance became – defensive?
I sat immediately beside Rosalie.
“Tell me.” I whispered.
“Where do I start? It’s a long story. Oh well, no worries, we’ve got forever.” Rosalie said.
Forever? Such a nice notion.
It would be beyond perfect, if I get to spend forever with her.
My Angel. My Rosalie.
Edward almost smiled.
I'm sure today is the first siku of...FOREVER.

I like the story and i want to finish it. Please if anyone has seen au hear about this story please send me a message...My name is Brittany. My screen name is EBRCBrit. wewe can add me as a friend if wewe want!!!
The story follows one siku in the life of a very disturbed Edward Cullen as he goes about his siku job. What is his siku job? You'll fine out!
It's rated M for creepiness, language, and disturbing imagery.
Hope wewe give it a chance, AND let me know what wewe think! Thanks! :-)
