As i look out one of the planes windows, my mind shifts from one thought to the next. My new life ahead of me is strangely different. But as hard as I try I can't be excited. Ever since my parents deaths two weeks ago, my joy has been taken away. I haven't even seen my grandparents in five years.
"We will be landing in just a few minutes. Please fasten your kiti, kiti cha belts. If wewe are returning nyumbani then we welcome wewe back, if wewe are visiting we hope wewe enjoy your visit to Washington." I hear the captains voice boom throughout the plane.
Landing gives me all but joy. As I get off the plane I catch a glance of Grandma Esther. Her normal old jeans and and Brown leather fringe koti, jacket remind me of La Push. I haven't been to the reservation in so long but I can still picture it so well.
"Laylia!" Grandma Esther runs towards me and wraps me in a huge kubeba hug. "Oh look at you." She says as she steps back. "Your not the little girl that wewe were five years ago."
"Where's Grandpa?" I ask her as she looks over me. Her hair is in two long gray braids. The last time I saw her her hair was still dark brown.
"He had to do some work on the house. So how was the flight?"

The drive back to the reservation was tireing. Not a chance to roll down the window au a moment to stop talking and to just close my eyes. Even so now that we are acctualy here i wish we were back to the car troubles. Their dated toyota now sits in the old, faded garage.
"Well who is the pretty girl? Oh it's monkey. Wheres your dimple. Let me see it. Oh now I can see it." My grandpa goes on his usual saga for when we haven't seen eachother in a long time. His arms wrap, upangaji pamoja around me. Instantly I smell his usual. Tobaco with a hint of rust.
"Hey Grandpa." I say as I look up at his sweet old face. I can't help but laugh.

I'm Bella swan and I'm 17. Í'm also the daughter of the Chief of Police of Forks, Charlie Swan, and Renee Dwyer, who died because of moyo Disease.
And yes, I'm a girl, obviously.
But I'm transferring as a boy in Forks High.
Why, wewe ask? Because a girl isn't suppose to play mpira wa kikapu and I upendo mpira wa kikapu so very very very much. Even sacrificing my own gender just to get in the team. Well, I got in but the team hates me and of my good looks....at least they say I'm a hot looking boy and beats the crap out of me.
But accidentally fell in upendo with the wrong person...he's a jerk. a worm. an alien. a cockroach, a pig...
