So if his venom was healing his bites, would it heal the one from James? Or does his venom only apply to fresh wounds? Then IcelandGirl812 mentioned that he got them when he was a vampire. So that changes things. Also AnnabethChase reminded me that vampire venom does scar and leave a mark. But I have no idea why.
