Why do many people like Cat?

I personally hate Cat myself– she's dumb and sweet girly giddy girl and also the fact she's can sometimes be a scaredy cat and she's doesn't know if she does it right au wrong because she's dumb. >:—(

yes, she is dumb because her character is supposed to be that way. I really like her character because she is funny and says the most randomness things at times. Also I like her out side of the show. Ariana is a great singer and just great.
