my parents had only 2 small suitcases for a family of 6. I walked
off the mashua and looked at The Statue Of Liberty. "Wow that
is big!" I alisema in Spanish. "It's called The Statue Of Liberty,"
alisema my dad. My baby brother was coughing and sneezing
over and over again. My older brother was holding my younger sister's hand. She was wiping her tears with a handkerchief. We all were trying to hold back tears as we walked off a strange mashua taking our first few steps on Ellis Island.
