Chapter Six
However, once Samantha got to school, all her confidence was diminished and she was forced to occupy the role of lonely, pitiful new girl with a bad attitude. The energy was tangible, the hum of creativity swarming through the halls. Despite the fact it was an arts school, there were still social groups, though not as clearly defined. Some that had been separate in Alabama had combined here and some at Evergreen had never existed at Graysville High. Such as the white trash, since everybody in her hometown had been white trash. Also resembling a normal high school were the extra curricular activities, whose pamphlets aliyopewa kwa hyper, chipper students, Samantha had either pitched in the trash au crumpled up in her locker. Since she was a visual arts focus( their choice not hers), her schedule was as follows:
Period 1: Homeroom
Period 2: Language Arts
Period 3: Calculus
Period 4: Studio
Period 5: Lunch
Period 6: Art History
Period 7: Gym
Period 8: European History
Period 9: Studio 2
Period 10: Bio Lab
Lovely, right? Here she was, at some fancy schmancy Chicago school and she still had to take gym? What was this? Oh, and of course they put her in calculus because she had “potential”. Oh, and language arts is just a embellished way of saying english. The students, teachers, everything were intense. Except for gym where everyone was nerdy, spindly (or overweight), and afraid of the ball, which sure beat gym back in Graysville.
The first siku of studio(art class), surprisingly, was ok. The teacher was expectedly kooky, but he seemed to enjoy Samantha’s sketches, and Samantha took joy in drawing. Claudia, a petite asian girl, sat inayofuata to her, and made small talk. Her long, blue black hair was in two loose pigtails, and she was wearing a light, floral shirt, a mint green sweater, light wash short shorts, and earthy brown sandals. It could be worse, Samantha decided. Claudia was an amazing artist, who made even plain trees come to life with only a pencil and pad of paper.
At the end of the day, Samantha felt badly about coming in with a cocky, superior attitude, and resolved to tone it down, though not with her eating. That she could even ramp it up with. While waiting to be picked up, Samantha made a mental orodha of rules she had to follow, like how many calories to eat a day, and the amount of crunches she had to do at night. It felt good, orderly.
“I’m doing homework!” Samantha shouted angrily from her ritzy, trendy bedroom. Eating chajio, chakula cha jioni was the last thing she wanted to do. She’d been so good today (no chakula at all), her reward would be skipping dinner. It had been so long since she’d felt really truly hungry. After her first siku at a challenging school, she should get to enjoy it, right? Inside, she was utterly clean and pure, perfection. Her stomach was empty, as she liked it, and as she thought it should be. Though it growled at her, Samantha thought it look decidedly less puffy. It was used to the starvation in Alabama, not the rich chakula Savannah had. In her element, Samantha plowed through piles of homework, high off the hunger, feeding off it, then sitting back to relish in it’s power.
Manic, utterly manic, and she loved it. Stepping into the steamy shower, she aliiba a glance into the mirror. Today, since she hadn’t eaten anything, she thought she looked better, but still fat. Obviously, she had to lose those 10 pounds, but her ultimate goal was 90. Then, she let the tepid water burn off her skin and wash the dirtiness away. Sending it slinking down the drain and away from her. In the zone.
Drying herself off, she glanced at the clock, realized it was late, and hurried up. Rummaging through her closet, she tried to pick out something cute for the inayofuata siku that alisema “Hey, i’m not freaky, wewe can talk to me”. Finally, she found some of the clothes Savannah had bought her, the luxurious, stylish wardrobe Samantha had pushed aside ungratefully. Standing back from the bed, Samantha admired her work. Soft, rose colored sweater, skinny jean khakis, and delicate brown flats. Classy. Not nearly as scary as Monday’s outfit, where she looked like the mitaani, mtaa punk she really was. Shoving the thought aside, Samantha googled cute hairstyles for long hair.
“Hey, what are wewe doing?” asked Savannah from behind her.
“Mmm, just looking up how to do my hair for school” she replied innocently.
A look of excitement passed over Savannah’s face as she tried not to squeal, “Oh, I can french braid it for wewe tomorrow!”
Falling into bed, Samantha surpressed the anger that was beginning to surface. Now she wants to be sisters? Samantha asked herself, fury boiling up. Before it boiled over, she fell asleep dreaming of a normal life. One that could be hers. If only she could accept it.
I still remember the siku I saw you. I never thought that meeting wewe would destroy me, would leave deep wounds that no one is able to heal not even you. wewe looked like a beautiful Angel walking between your tow friends, carrying your books, ready to start a new mwaka in collage with arms wide open. wewe laughed and the whole world laughed in my face. wewe waved to us, me and him. When he pointed to wewe I could hardly listen to him. I could hardly see anyone but you. wewe Charmed me with your beauty.Your silky, long, black hair. Chapter 1- Star
On a warm summers evening, (all that once upon a time thing makes me feel sick, I swear) the secret Hultimore mitaani, mtaa was silent, with exceptions of course. The crunch of gravel under the feet of a lonely traveller was amiss.
The One.
People would do anything to be away from him. This man was different. He was the type of person that hated to be thought the same as anyone else so he made sure everyone knew he was different from every single being, he was most powerful. But that was about to change.
Carol Beech was expecting a baby in any minute. She was sat in a red armchair...

I waited in the graveyard for something to happen, anything. “Oh come on” I moaned, being a slayer and all wewe think I’d be all Buffy, come on let’s get them, but really it’s terrible, wewe never get to sleep at night, all your best clothes get blood on them and the hunters are always late to meetings and graveyards. There are 4 hunters: Rocco was the big one, the one who handle the muscle, he had brown and blue hair and pitch black eyes, his figure was a lot like a wrestler...big. Max was the badass one, he was good looking, that’s all I could say was good about...

They never saw her, took great care in looking away before she noticed their shamelessly wide eyes were glued to her body... or, zaidi importantly what she embodied: this world they lived in wasn't perfect.
Her presence there seemed to pollute their pretty city and just like the odd bia can au stray McDonalds bag, they ignored her. She wasn't stupid though... she knew she was just as much an ornament as the ribbons that decorated the streetlights at this time of year, that she in fact blended in with the rest of the pavement and she herself was...

Chapter Three

All throughout their patrol, it was all James could do to keep his attention (and eyes) on the task at hand. He was still going over the saa before patrol in his head, trying to make sense of it. Lily Evans, always the stoic one, afraid? It was hard to get his head around. Lily had always been the one to keep her head in the most panic-worthy of situations – like the time she found out that Remus is a werewolf.

It had been a particularly difficult full moon, the last one of their sixth mwaka at Hogwarts. Wolf-Remus had been zaidi vicious than usual and both James and Sirius were...

I stood on the edge of the field, my sword raised to shield my eyes from the falling sun. "I'ts beautiful," I thought, staring out at the curve of the hills and the waving of the nyasi and trees, the grays and browns of winter, with the slightest hint of spring green.
I notice a movement off to my left and my sword drops to my side. It is the juu of a gari coming into view as it crested the hill. I sigh and walk back to the woods, knowing what would come next. The driver rings a signal kengele viciously, clearly wanting me to stop. "Leave me alone." I mumble, I knew I should have stayed in the...

"Aw, it's pretty close." Tyler McCarthy and Shawn Detham were standing side kwa side. Both held a gun in a head, but Shawn also held a machete. My hand flew up to my mouth to try to hold back a scream as I realized that the blade was dripping with blood. What if it was a friend of my au Nick's, what if it was a teacher? I buried my face in Nick's back trying hard not to picture it.

"Tyler . . . Shawn, what the hell are wewe guys doing." Both of them had grown up with Nick; they use to play together in there neighborhood. They had, at one point, all been inseparable, but high school hit and like...

There it was, that fuzzy warm glowing light I always had dreams about... Except this time, I knew it was for real. I was so close! But then I felt something sting into my arm, slowly filling my veins with a warm and yet stinging fluid. What was this? Suddenly I was being pulled back into the world I once knew, and once hated.
My eyes flew open and everything was blurry. For a sekunde it felt like I couldn’t breathe but then I gasped and air filled my lungs. It felt like a giant brick had been lifted from my chest.
I breathed a little shakily and looked around. Standing perched before me, looking...

And within two seconds, wewe had deserted me.
I stood there,
My arms open,
Waiting for you.
You did not come.
The only thing that came was hurt, anger and jealousy.
The very thought of wewe was hard to comprehend;
I was scarred, inside and out.
The pain will never leave.
But I found You.
You may not be able to see,
But I feel your presence.
The very thought of You,
The very thought of wewe as my best friend,
Is incomprehensible.
I stand alone no longer.
You are there.
You will never leave.
You are a spirit.
You are a wisp in the wind,

The shine of the sun.

Dañada

Estoy quebrada.

I live in my opinion possibly the most ghetto town in the United States, Pittsburgh. People have been committing suicide all over town. Population all over town has been decreasing, fast. Some of my Marafiki were so depressed that they were thinking about "joining the crowd". I wouldn't live without my friends. I don't want my Marafiki to go as well as my mom and dad. Yes, I'm an orphan. I've been an orphan for about three weeks. My Marafiki have disappeared. I think they went to Clarion; but I could be wrong. There have been tons of fights at my school. Most of the people that were committing suicide were middle school and high school aged. I was getting really tired really fast. I climbed up in a mti and found a comfortable spot and fell asleep. inayofuata thing I knew, I was tied up on a pole.
