"It's nice here. I don't know many people though..." Victor brushed his hair back, smiling again. "Well, kwa tomorrow, all of the kids at school will wanna be your friend." "Oh..." Jade turned slightly to see the raven haired boy deep in thought. "What is it?" "Hn? Oh, it's nothing. Oh, we're here." The blonde looked up ahead and saw her house. "Really? Cause my house is right there." She pointed, and Victor burst out laughing. "Haha-I live right inayofuata to wewe then..." The blonde looked at the house inayofuata to hers. It seemed normal. A little old fashioned, but definitely normal. "Cool! Well, I'll see wewe tomorrow then?" "Yeah..." The onyx eyed boy took Jade's hand, kissed it lightly, then walked off. "What was that?"
As I dash to my beige apartment near mink Road, a black Cadillac stops in front of me. The glass window rolls down and I see my Uncle Charlie. "Good morning Chanhassen!" He gives me a grin. "Morning, Charlie. Are wewe here to see my mother?" I ask. His car door opens and he steps on the cement sidewalk. From the way I see it, he looks like he's been dipped in expensive clothing. "You look fancy!" I maoni letting my voice louden. Uncle Charlie is an old friend. We just call him 'Uncle' because he's just like family. Without my father around, he's the only man in the house. We enter the building...

Lucy soon became like a mom to me. She watched after me, and made sure I got enough to eat (even if it was from a dumpster). I grew zaidi anxious as the nine mwezi mark came near. Only then did I think about actually delivering the baby. Lucy promised she'd help me, and that she'd try to remember how it was handled when she had her sons and daughters. The baby began kicking and shifting around a lot, and it doubled me over in pain. It happened quite frequently, and I became kitanda ridden. Lucy didn't want me walking the streets like this, and she insisted that I stayed in the car. She brought me...

I stroll down Western Avenue with a blue coin mfuko wa fedha, mfuko in my fragile hands. People in every direction as far as the eye can see. Neighbors being neighborly, store keepers selling and people riding the subway to work. Today happens to be a Saturday morning. And as usual, I awaken in the morning at six o'clock and dress. Every Saturday morning is the same old thing. I turn to the corner seeing the store I've been looking for. Roosevelt Island Shop. Yes. Indeed I live on the island of Roosevelt Island. It's very exhilirating to walk in the streets of our state of New York. As I enter the small shop,...

Grey pulled away from the house. I sat inside on the couch. Our house had deep brown walls, and light brown hard-wood floors. There were knick-knacks everywhere. Pictures of Grey’s family hung on the walls. None of mine, though, I prefer to keep mine in my suitcase.
It may seem odd, but I keep all my belongings in my suitcase. I’m afraid if I unpack something bad will happen.
The brown kitanda I sat on, and musty smell of the house grew old on me. I walked outside to the front porch. It was one of the nice, white, wrap-around...

All i know is that i am falling.
I try desperately to save myself, but it's just so dark and dreary...i'm not even completely aware of my body anymore. I just continue spiralling down into this dark oblivion..
Suddenly, there isa small glowing light only about four feet below me. I reach out. I cannot grasp it, though. If i wait long enough, though,i'll tumble right into it.
Only, i dont. Because, right when i am about to make contact i slip away. My eyes open and the only light is the one streaming through my window...

THREE

The inayofuata few days were a blur. I tried to look for a job. I went shopping. I looked around. I joined a gym, because it was something to do. On Friday, I got up early and decided to go to the zoo, knowing what would happen that night. I would be nyumbani in time. Probably scream for the neighbors and come up with some crazy story.
It was December 19, so there wasn’t much going on, besides the Zoo Lights that took place a night. So I went to the nearby park. I sat under a mti and read, sometimes knotted bracelets with the hemp. But when...

Lilith, still frozen from the swali her beloved Howl had asked her. She so badly wanted to unleash an answer, but couldn't.

I really wanted to tell him. Yeah, I want to marry him, but I cannot speak at all. I started to breathe deeply and my voice was dry, so he could barely hear me when I said,"Yes. I will be happy to marry you." Howl and Debbie couldn't understand me, as tears started to roll down my face. Odd, whenever I get emotional au excited, au both like in this situation right here, my throat dries up like Beatrix Kiddo's did after digging herself up after being buried alive kwa Bill's...

Hey, so this is a poem Ive been thinking of for a long time, please read and comment!

The Spirit

The spirit rushes on,
Swifter than the wind,
To find answers,
To seek the way.

The spirit flows on,
Like the river.
Flowing on to find the ocean,
A nyumbani for all its dreams.

The spirit shines on,
Brighter than a thousand suns.
Shining on to clear the darkness,
To find the path.

The spirit lives on,
zaidi eternal than the sea,
Living on to find its home,
Where all the ends shall meet.

Elizabeth went back into the main room. She hoped Wyatt was as good of a peacemaker, as he was a lover. Lucifer and Xavier can fight dirty. She knew Wyatt had plenty of work cut out for him.
A loud crash made Elizabeth look over at the other side of the room. Standing there was a ten-foot tall red creature. In a low, eerie, crackling voice the creature spoke.
“I am Barzane, head demon’s right hand man. I was sent here to warn wewe of an impending attack on the Blind Dimension, unless wewe give me a particular warlock girl....

Wyatt watched as the faerie girl smacked Xavier across the face. He chuckled inwardly, wondering what the poor bastard had alisema to her. He became at unease when he saw Elizabeth try to turn around to run. Wyatt was ready to follow her when Lucifer pulled her over.
Wyatt stopped in his tracks when Elizabeth followed Lucifer to the Privacy Room. It was actually a storage room, but it wasn’t used for storage. He watched as they went in. Lucifer shut the door behind them.
Wyatt watched as the fight between the faerie, and...

After dinner, everyone scattered out in the Temple, and Elizabeth was going to go to her room. She walked out of the dining room and into the corridor. She didn’t know where to go so she decided to go left; she wandered around when she finally took a right. She opened up a door. Elizabeth peered inside; she saw Wyatt, Lucifer, and Xavier sitting around a giant, red pentagram in the center of the room. They did not hear the door open.
She watched them thoughtfully. Wyatt was the leader of the Temple. Therefore, he was doing most of the talking....

Chapter 11

The dry hot air inside the karakana was almost unbearable and the smell of motor oil and tires wasn’t helping. Bone usually did not drink a can of bia while in his duka but there were no customers and it was just too damn hot to do anything.

Dropping himself onto his duka kitanda and cracked open his Miller Light; he closed his eyes to try and ignore the stuffy heat.
He remembered calling Koda’s house and left a message when no one answered. It was odd for no one to be nyumbani but he shrugged it off.
Taking a long swig he didn’t realize how tired he felt from the heat as he started to...

I've called people all morning. No Lilith. I'm so freakin' scared about where she's at. I woke up this morning. Lilith wasn't in her bed, anywhere in her apartment, at work, nowhere. Howl was sleeping on the balcony, undisturbed in his sleep. I called Lilith's parents, her sister, and 911. I didn't bother to call Adam, but I did call work and told them about Lilith, and they told me to take the siku off. No note, her car is still in the driveway, her cellphone is still here. I don't know what happened, but I'm freaked out! I've known Lilith since forth grade, and we've always been close. for...

The man quietly entered the apartment of his girlfriend. He so badly wanted her back into his arms. His obsession. His love. His target. He entered her bedroom, as she rested in. He crept over to her, stroking her long black hair as she slept. A shadow that was not his appeared. He backed away from the woman, as the shadow was a man. A man with dark wild hair. A man that growled like a lion, but yet somewhat like a wolf.

Someone came in. He was touching Lilith. I walked over to him. I looked at him and said,"What are wewe doing here? Leave my Queen alone." "Look, man. I don't want any trouble....

After getting there sweets, they decided to call it a day. As they were walking back home, the girls were gossiping about how their siku had gone. “Did wewe see that?! He paid for me!” Grace whispered to them, so excitedly, she looked like she was about to burst. “Yes, we know! wewe have been talking about it for the last five minutes!” They both laughed. “Oh I’m sorry, it’s just so amazing!” She said, smiling like she had never had before. They had arrived at Amelia’s house where the girls would be staying for the night. “Well, here we are. We will see wewe some other time...
