~It seems like these people that I use to call enemies, that I use to think were trying to kill me, are now my best friends. Annie, Ann, Vincent, and JJ are actually alot nicer than they seemed in the beginning. They save lives, and I help, they're known as the spirits, and I'm one of them now! They go to my school when they are in their human forms, and they really are the best Marafiki that I could ever had, they all have there transfos, and I just can't live without them now! I can tell them anything! JJ has mastered free style fighting, and has become the leader of the spirits, and Annie...

Eddie just sat there in the plain dark room, looking at the many tubes coming from the floor to the ceiling. He wondered how far away he was from home, he wondered what his parents thought, and if they'd already called the police, trying to look got him. He estimated that it had been about 3 day's sence he'd been taken. Now he could tell that it was getting dark, he wasn't sure how though, the room was dark, had no windows and was cold and damp. He thought that he might starve down there, sence the mutants hadn't been down there for some time now. He really thought that they were just messing...

There are things in your every siku life that wewe never take a sekunde glance at. They're just there, noting to ponder over au to think about. Here are two short tribute poems to some overlooked objects in life.

Fountain

The ultramarine colored water
Dances down through a maze of marble obstacles
Creating clear rainbows across the sheer water's surface.

A carpet of copper and silver glints at the bottom
Coins
Lost with memory of young children
Wishing for new puppies
Ice cream cones
Hot mbwa for dinner
For bedtime stories to become flesh
A cat in a hat to come skipping off the pages.

Everything is in this...

"Oh my god Starr! Oh I didn't mean to surprise you! Well I did but I didn't know wewe would faint! Oh wake up Starr!" Elliot's voice rang out
I feel him shaking me. I can't bring myself to open my eyes to see him.
"Well I guess I have to be like that prince in sleeping beauty and kiss wewe awake," his voice rang out again. I feel pressure on my body
My eyes shoot open just in time before Elliot kisses me. I push him off.
"Get the hell of off me wewe idiot!" I yell standing up. I brush myself. I rub the back of my head that is stinging in pain. I feel wet stuff come off my head. I look at it...

A/N: I finished uandishi this about five dakika ago, lol. It's actually a song, but I figured it would fit as a poem as well.

This poem/song was inspired kwa two things: 1) A few of my inayopendelewa anime couples, namely Ed x Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist and Hoshino x Tanabe from Planetes (AWESOME series). And 2) while my dad was in Iraq, he heard "My Immortal" for the first time and alisema he loved the idea behind it...but it was too sad/depressing because "the chorus was in past tense instead of present tense." So he asked me if maybe I could take the same concept and do my own thing with it. I...

Sorry this is so long and confusing! I promise the inayofuata part will be zaidi exciting! :)

I never realized how much it hurt to be shot. Who would believe that that was the least of my worries? I certainly didn’t, so as I was screaming my head off, all people from around the school came into the band hall to see who was screaming. I suppose they would be a bit disappointed that someone was just shot and no one had gone crazy, which would have been equally entertaining, but there was tension in the room. Kids stood awkwardly around, not knowing what to do. People that had crowded around me earlier...

Prologue:
"Harper! Aren't wewe happy she's eating with us?" Gwen asked happily. Harper shot her sister a glare. "It shouldn't be a big deal that your step-mother decides to eat with you." Harper spit out, looking back at the book she was reading. Gwen's face fell. She didn't care what Harper thought, she was going to make the best of this. Their step-mother, Lyn, hadn't eaten with them in 2 months. Gwen walked down the hall toward the kitchen, her sister's words echoing in her head.

Chapter 1 *Gwen*

Divorce. God, I HATE that word. It's like something something toxic. Something that can ruin lives...

Nightfall was rising rapidly on this wondrous night.
I found myself dozing into a heavenly sleep. My dreams
began to indulge my inner thoughts seductively I could
Feel myself falling into an internal state of mind. A place
where only my dreams had a recollection of my desires
of this world. In the outermost parts of my dream I
could faintly hear the loud thunderous storm
lurking outside my window. Slightly beyond

Meredith sat up in the middle of the night screaming. Again. She felt tears wet her eyes at another miserable attempt at sleep. She wanted to pull her sore eyes from her sockets. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t stay asleep. She wasn’t going to get any zaidi sleep tonight, and Meredith knew that. She pulled off the sheets and slowly stood up. She wobbled slightly and held her head. These nightmares were going to be the death of her.
Meredith crept down the hall and into the jikoni for a little snack. Maybe some warm maziwa would put her to sleep. She reached...

It has been alisema that those with no words often have the most to say.

New York City, circa 1992.

He was quiet, a secret sort of troubled, his hands buried deep into his pockets as he wandered the slums of a black city, a heavy shadow cast over the sky that was too dark for the stars to penetrate.

She was a bloodnut and she watched him from the shadows, her dead moyo rattling inside of her empty chest. She launched herself at him and latched onto his arm like a leech, beginning to beg, offering services in exchange for the substance she craved so much. Just a taste, she said, she promised that...

Ah, the dreaded cliché! The worst feedback a writer can get is, "Well, it sounds sort of cliché, doesn't it?"

All authors want to be original. If someone even mentions that a writer's work reminds them of someone else's, the writer tenses up. "No, no, no, I'm nothing like him," he says swiftly. "I've never even read him."

"Yeah, but it's kinda like him," the reader persists, believing she is giving a compliment rather than an insult. "He's incredible, wewe should read him!"

The thing is-- it should be a compliment when a reader compares your work to...

I hate when wewe walk away from me
because I'm always scared that wewe won't be come back
I hate every time i see you
because i always melt like ice scream on sun
I hate every time when I'm not seeing you
because i always think where are you
I hate that you're always in my head
because i can't think about anything else but you
I hate when wewe don't talk with me
because i always think that i did something wrong
I hate that i always try to impress you
but it's like wewe don't see that
I hate every time wewe touch me instinctively
because wewe always make me want to hold you,to kiss you
I hate every time wewe talk...

And of course, the initial reaction to a title like this one is, "Well, why don't you make me care about what you're saying, first?"

So I'll cut straight to the chase: When submitting a short story, au even a poem for publication in a literary magazine, keep in mind that the editors receive hundreds of submissions a day, which means that they don't have time to read every last one of them. This is why it is incredibly important to hook them in your first few sentences, other than start slow and verbosely build up to why they should care. Therefore, this will be a succinct explanation of why...

He didn’t want money au fancy cars; all he wanted was to be loved kwa someone, any one at all. He needed someone to care about him, not his wealth, not his ties to the rich and famous, someone that actually cared about him, the boy with bright blue eyes that sparkled in the sunlight, curly raven black hair and a boyish grin permanently plastered on his face hiding the pain of being alone. Yet no one did, all they saw was the heir to the Jeffrey Empire, the boy that was going to inherited it all. The boy, who was the prefect son living up to the Jeffrey name. They never saw the boy’s who’s arms were covered in cuts, the kisu against his skin, the blood dripping down staining the carpet, his eyes closing never to open again. No one read the note tucked into his pocket cause no one cared.
The only sound that could be heard in the large hospital of Melbourne was the continuous beeps from the room in which Jamie's daughter lay.

The white walls and the bright yellow lights were too much for Jamie too take and the swali which he dreaded to ask himself filled his head. First of all why is my precious Stephanie in here? Nothings wrong with her she stayed at Ashley's all weekend. What could have happened? and secondly why hasn't that receptionist stopped staring at me. She hasn't looked away since i sat down.
Jamie looked down at his watch, it was eight in the morning. He had been...

I shouldn’t have shot the dog. I definitely shouldn’t have shot the dog. Even if he did chew upon my prized drumsticks, and feast upon my freshly-baked brownies. The little white-and-brown terror, Mickey, belonged to my neighbor. My neighbor, an 87-year-old chain-smoker named Mary, rarely left the confines of her living room. She sat, siku in and siku out, as her precious mutts wreaked havoc about the neighborhood.
You can see it! My house, the little beasts have chewed upon everything their gnashing, tiny, sharp little teeth could find. I did my best to keep them out, but the little bastards...
