Who Wore It Best? John Diggle Vs. Magneto 

Hey Diggle, do you prefer \'fashion victim\' or \'ensemble-y challenged\'?

By now, you’ve probably seen this first pic of “Arrow“’s John Diggle (David Ramsey) in his special, brand new, Season 4 suit:

And unless you’re seriously ignorant of superhero fashion, you’ve probably realized that his headgear looks awfully familiar.

Of course, you can’t blame the man for playing copycat with such an iconic look. Plus, Magneto wasn’t even the originator of the dorky helmet-as-avant garde fashion statement; he stole it himself, from Sebastian Shaw (although let’s be real, Shaw never looked half as good in it.)

Meanwhile, some fans have suggested that Diggle’s headgear might be an homage to another be-helmeted comics character, Guardian, who does have a connection to the “Arrow” universe’s STAR Labs. But as long as it looks like the show is straight-up raiding the X-Men’s wardrobes to clothe its hunky sidekick, there are a few more

we’d like to see Diggle rock in the upcoming season.

Those bright grey tresses would really set off Diggle’s complexion — and be so on-trend, too!

The man was only a mutant for a few hours, but his amorphous aesthetic is one everyone should try at least once.

Diggle can wear them with the helmet. Why not.

Even without the sonic scream to make it functional, the Arrow’s right-hand man would still be divine in this getup.
