What is wrong with YouTube?

Has anyone else had this problem?? It's blotting out in black little squares that won't go away, making it almost impossible to watch when there's something bright on the screen.

We have the problem at the cap, herufi kubwa site I use - sometimes it helps to scroll down and then back up - it works for a few times then it just goes crazy. We have contacted the person looking after the cap, herufi kubwa computers but he does not know what is causing the problem.
