Favourite Formal Dresses: link

10) Mulan's Green / Multi-coloured Dress

I don't like this dress. The juu green part really suits her so does the red sash. But the rest of the colours doesn't do her any favours.

9) Aurora's Cottage / Forest Dress

This is proof that Aurora looks good in any thing. It's a very plain dull looking dress, but Aurora's graceful movements and natural beauty make it seem elegant. But I can't put it any higher because the grey makes it too dreary!

8) Snow White's Forest Dress

I don't like the back-collar high neck piece. The skirt, upindo is too pale for my taste. I like the bright yellow they use for the skirt, upindo in the franchise sometimes (or mostly). I also don't like that the shoulder pad-sleeves are a different shade of blue from the shade of the bodice, it looks very strange. But other than that it's looks cute on Snow White and it's a classic.

7) Pocahontas' Native Dress

In terms of the dress, she doesn't stand out from the rest of women of her tribe until her father gives her the necklace. Inside the movie I like her dress but not as much as her necklace, natural beauty and personality.

6) Cinderella's Blue Work Dress

Cindy wears this as a rebellion against Prudence's rules about what to wear for Royal Duties. She also wears it throughout "Dreams Come True" as her everyday dress in the Palace. The reason why this dress in here instead of her original movie servant dress is because I'm putting her original one under "Rags" because in a way that's exactly what it is. I like this dress. It doesn't bother me one bit that it's mostly blue. I'll admit the apron is a bit too bright but it's better to copy the shade from Ariel than have another dress copied from both Belle and Alice. That's if Cinderella's apron had been white instead of bright blue. Dark blue looks lovely on her.

5) Tiana's Yellow Dress

This is actually duller than I remember it being. But it's still bright at the edges and I think it looks lovely with her skintone, even if green suits her more. It's a simple dress that slightly looks like a blouse at the collar. It's in the juu five because the uhuishaji quality for me is just as important as the dresses. The Princess and Frog uhuishaji quality is pretty wow for 2D.

4) Jasmine's Aqua Bedlah

I loved this outfit throughout the first movie but when it kept re-appearing for The Return of Jafar, the TV series and then the franchise, I started to hate it. It'll always remain my favourite version in the first movie because the uhuishaji doesn't have the same awe quality after that.

3) Ariel's Town Dress

She wore this to tour Eric's kingdom, the romantic mashua ride, sunset then on the wedding boat. I didn't use to like this dress but now it's growing on me. It's blue and cool, it goes well with her hair and her eyes. Plus the big bow in her hair makes her look pretty, especially for the romantic mashua ride.

2) Belle's Village Dress

It's simple but a lovely soft colour and it stands out from the clothing colours that everyone else is wearing in the village. Which is either rich colours au bright colours. Only Belle is wearing something soft, flowing and light in colour. I've glad they didn't put in the same shade of blue as Alice because the hair would've clashed I think. I think this dress is a classic and looks wonderful against the Autumn colours of the movie.

1) Rapunzel's Tower Dress

This dress blows the other dresses out the water. It's purple! It's pink! And it's detailed in patterns! It's gorgeous. It's a proper nyumbani dress. Well a nyumbani dress of the middle ages that is, like Snow White's but zaidi comfortable. It's just so pretty and I upendo it!

I'm bored on fanpop, haven't written anything myself in ages (sorry, still working on my vipendwa list!) so here's a cliché looks orodha for wewe guys to enjoy au totally hate. ;) Elsa and Anna included.

13. Merida.

I think Merida's eyes look good in some shots like in this pic. In others, she looks rather scary (like Chuckie, if you've read my old Prettiest list). If she had zaidi defined lashes and maybe a less circular shape I'd have her higher. I don't think they're bad eyes; I just prefer the others.

12. Ariel.

I'm still trying to decide if Ariel's should...

♥ Please note: I did not just think of looks, I only chose actors/actresses who have impressed me with their screen-presence and charisma. Some of them are choices that don't necessarily look the part as much as alternative choices, but these casting decisions would be the most successful and intriguing to me personally. My choices were based on a blend of uigizaji skills, appearance, voice, and current age in 2011. ♥

Gabriella Wilde as AURORA

Tom Welling as ERIC

Avan Jogia as ALADDIN

Shay Mitchell as POCAHONTAS

Nina Dobrev as BELLE

Lainie Kazan as URSULA

Welcome to my sekunde Mary Sue Test! This is for Anna. I'll be doing one for Elsa next.

Unique traits without contacts au hair dye- No, Anna's hair and eye color are pretty realistic.
An odd name- No. 'Anna' is a common name, if her pronunciation isn't.
Looks constantly ametoa maoni on- No. I can't remember Anna's looks being ametoa maoni on much.
Always the hero- Sort of. She saved Kristoff from the wolves, falling off the mountain, saved them from Marshmallow, and saved Elsa from being executed. 1.
Multiple characters falling for her- No. Hans only pretended to, and Kristoff didn't until the end....

Dungeons & dragoni (or D&D for short) is a super fun tabletop roleplaying game that's been around since the 1970s but has recently gained a fair bit of popularity. I've been playing the game for around eight years at time of writing, and I strongly recommend wewe give it a try if wewe ever get the chance. It's really an absolute blast! D&D has always been one of my inayopendelewa hobbies, but within the last two years it's become an even bigger part of my life. Since I've been having so much fun with it recently, I decided it was finally time to try something I'd always wanted to do: turning...

Remember those great romantic moments that were imbued with pure Disney magic and have since become timeless keepsakes: how we got to experience upendo at 1st sight with cinderella as she waltzed away with Prince Charming into a blessed starry nightscape; the anticipation we held on to when Prince Eric leaned in to kiss Ariel as they floated along a spellbinding lagoon; the way Lady's eyes gleamed under the Bella Notte as Tramp gazed into them over a candlelit spaghetti, tambi chajio, chakula cha jioni for two; how our breathes were taken as Eugene finally saw Rapunzel surrounded kwa the lanterns of her dreams on Corona's...

I doubt if this makala belongs here but since we have similiar lists for Esmeralda and Meg, I decided to publish it here. Here is inayopendelewa DP orodha I believe princess Mei from Mulan II would have. Mei highly values romance and also admires people with brave and rebellious personality.
P.S. I am planning to do the same lists for Ting-Ting and Su but these are going to be zaidi difficult to make.

11. Tiana

I am sure that Tiana would be Mei's absolute least inayopendelewa DP. Mei would see Tiana as boring, narrow-minded, unromantic, overly rational, materalistic, unadventurous and pig-headed workacholic....

Everyone has their personal ranking of their inayopendelewa Disney Princessess n thoughts of who should b included. In my eyes, this is the ranking of the maidens from the house of mouse:

15. Aurora, indeed the sleeping beauty is beautiful, elegant, n has a heavenly opera voice, unfortunately she has little agency in her own story n personality.

14. Anna, a spunky n cute go getter but most of the other princesses that have come before her have these traits checked off too.

13. Moana, a real cookie cutter of a modern Disney princess, she is pretty much just an ethnic variation of Anna but is ahead one...

Pocahontas is one of those Disney films that, despite being middle-of-the-road for me, I have to rewatch fairly often. Something about this movie intrigues me. Maybe it's because I want to like the movie zaidi than I currently do and understand why some mashabiki revere it. I might not be there quite yet after this most hivi karibuni rewatch, but I'm narrowing in on what specific things I like and dislike about the film. Now's the time to share those thoughts.

Praises
1) The backgrounds in this movie aren't just beautiful. THEY'RE GORGEOUS. The subtle lines, the designs, and especially the rich colors are...

I don't really like Lindsay Ellis at all but I never thought I'd see the siku where I agree with her on something and she'd have a video that perfectly sums up my issues with Disney in hivi karibuni years.

I was watching her Beauty and the Beast 2017 review and she was basically complaining about how years of whiny, nitpicky nobodies on the internet like wewe and me going on and on about "stereotype" this and "problematic" that regarding Disney sinema has pretty much resulted in the hot punda messes modern Disney films are today. How the BatB remake is a terrible adaptation of the OG film and it's contribution...

Tangled: The Series, now called Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure, premiered in March 2017 with the pilot movie, Tangled: Before Ever After (hopefully that sentence wasn't too confusing!). The film sees Rapunzel adjusting to life in Corona and introduces several concepts that the rest of the series will explore: Rapunzel's golden hair growing back, the growth of magical spiky rocks that can devastate Corona, foes with a thirst for revenge, Rapunzel and Eugene's marriage, and Rapunzel learning how to become a good queen.

At first, I was surprised that Tangled was getting a TV show. Even though I quite...
