	Tygers_Eye picked I hate it: I LOATH this movie. It's terrible. It spits all over the first movie. It's bland, boring, uncreative, unoriginal, one of those sappy "moldy oldy" Christmas films that's guaranteed to become a timeless classic JUST BECAUSE it's about Christmas even though the rest of the quality is non-existent, and it doesn't GET the first movie. As others have discussed, Belle never set out to try to change the Beast, or put up with his bad behavior hoping he'll eventually become nice to her. She wanted nothing to do with him until he became nice to her, and that was for him to decide, not for her to coach him through. While in the first film Belle minded her own business and didn't care what other people did as long as they didn't bother or hurt her and/or her father, in this film turns Belle into both one of those pushy busybodies who has to go around trying to force people to be cheerful and Christmasy because she's got nothing better to do. She's now both of of those door-to-door Christians that has to spread the cheer of Christmas to everyone even if they don't want it (being Jewish, I dislike the yearly rounds of those same people), AND a love martyr that keeps taking the Beast's verbal abuse because she just keeps hoping that if she acts like enough of a put-upon doormat he'll appreciate everything she tries to do for him and start being nice to her. And that's not even getting into the general quality of everything from animation, music, "characterization" (or exaggerated caricatures of one aspect of the first film), idiotic and holey plot, and so on. posted zaidi ya mwaka mmoja uliopita.
