Believe it or not, this has already happened to me! My best friend who supposed to be straight has just kissed me one day & out of a sudden he told me he loves me. Speaking from a personal experience, there are fair chances you 2 might just end up being boyfriends, instead of just best friends!! I admit my immediate reaction to his expression of love was indeed a genuine surprise. You see, I was 100% sure of him being straight. I had no idea he actually fell in love with me, his gay best friend! We used to be a couple for some time, yet we eventually had to break up. Why? Because he was bi, so he met a girl & they fell in love, that's why! I went to his wedding as his best man & I have remain his best friend even after we broke up. Guess I like him a lot, as a friend & as a boyfriend alike!

I'm pretty sure he's 100% straight but it would be the biggest surprise of the century if he ever came out bi o. o

I would be totally confused at first. I mean, just imagine your straight best friend telling you he loves you! I have no idea how would I react, yet confusion is the closest possible reaction I can think of right now. The real question is what should I do after my (bi) best friend tells me those three little words which would change our entire life and possibly even distroy our friendship. If my straight best friend would tell me the L word, I don't know what I will do or say! Maybe we could become boyfriends instead of just best friends, but I'm not sure about that. Well, he was lying to me all the time by hiding his true feelings for me and he was lying to himself as well.

I wouldn't know what to think, or what to say to him. If he was really straight, and not bi, then I would feel frustrated with this new situation, not knowing how to react and what to do next.
