[8 adults,3 elders,4 teens,and 3 children are in the room]
[Recovering patient is on a hospital bed]

Kelsey(the recovering patient):You guys I'm fine!
[Kelsey smiles]
Andrea(Kelsey's sister):Just let us spoil wewe until wewe are healthy again.
Steven(Kelsey's husband):Then wewe can spoil your child again.
[Steven pulls in Rose,their child]
Agatha[The mother]:Yes.It's hard work spoiling a 5year old,3 mwaka old,and an 8 mwaka old!
[Everybody laughs]
Erika[One of Kelsey's nieces]:Aunt Kels,I bought wewe a CD.
[Ericka pulls out a CD]
I hope wewe like it.
[Ericka hands Kelsey the CD]
Kelsey:[laughs]How did wewe know I like them?
Lacey[Erika's twin]:Uh because wewe were putting down mine and Ericka's inayopendelewa bands.Nightwish and Evanescence.So we guessed that wewe liked Within Temptation!
[Ericka,Kelsey,and Lacey laugh]

[Everybody laughs]

[Foreman,Kutner,and Taub are sitting around the table]
[Thirteen comes in with 4 files]
[Thirteen throws 3 on the table]
[Thirteen opens the one in her right armpit]
Thirteen: 34 mwaka old woman,low-grade fever,headache,shortness of breath...
[Thirteen drops the file she is reading]
Thirteen:Dammit!
[Kutner rushes and picks it up]
[Kutner hands Thirteen the file]

House:Good morning Ducklings.
[The team looks at him like he's nuts]

[House snatches the file out of Thirteen's hand]

House:Yeah.You 3[points cane at Thirteen,Taub,and Kutner] follow me around like I'm Mother Goose.

House:Foreman?He's nothing to me.

[House starts to write on the whiteboard]
[Cuddy comes in]
Cuddy:Dr.Hadley,I need to see you.
[Thirteen gets up]
[House stops uandishi and turns around]

Cuddy:I need to speak to wewe Dr.Hadley.

[House,Kutner,and Taub are walking toward them]
[Thirteen looks down]
Cuddy:I'm sorry Dr.Hadley wewe have Huntington's.
Thirteen:When symptoms start I'm resigning Dr.Cuddy.
[House,Kutner,and Taub are 10 feet away from them]
[Cuddy nods and walks away]
[Thirteen shoves the PCR results in her lab kanzu, koti pocket]
[House,Kutner,and Taub stop in front of Thirteen]
[Thirteen looks confused]

House:Differential.
[The Ducklings look at each other]
House:Start the differential...3...2....

[House looks at Thirteen's face]

[Thirteen walks toward the patient's room]
[Kutner and Taub look at each other]
[Kutner and Taub follow Thirteen]

Andrea:I feel fine.Can I go home?
Taub:We need..
Thirteen:Your fever is residing.You can go home.
Taub:Thirteen can we talk?Kutner can wewe go and get Mother Goose.

[Thirteen walks out of the room]
Taub:What is wrong with you?
Thirteen:She's fine.She can go home.
Taub:We need to run tests...
Thirteen:Then run your tests.I'm going home.

[Taub stands there confused and goes into Andrea's room]

[Thirteen is walking in the main floor lobby and heading out the door]
House:HEY!
[Thirteen stops and turns around]
House:[yelling]Where the hell are wewe going?
Thirteen:I'm going home.
House:Last time I checked your shift isn't over and wewe have a patient!
Thirteen:Taub and Kutner can handle one patient.I'm going home.
[Thirteen turns back around and heads out the doors of PPTH]
House:Go out those doors and your fired.
[Thirteen stops dead in her tracks]
[Thirteen hesitates and heads out of the doors]
[House heads toward Cuddy's office]
Cuddy:[on the phone]Yeah.Maybe we can do...

Cuddy:Your patient is being rushed to surgery.
House:Why?
Cuddy:She has internal hemorrhaging
[cut to the au room that Andrea is in]
Chase:She has a lot of bleeding.Out of no where?
Kutner:Yeah.Where is she bleeding from?
[Chase digs around Andrea's abdominal cavity]
Chase:I can't find the bleeder
[Cardiac monitor goes off]
Nurse:She's in V-tach!
Chase:Get the paddles!
[House and Cuddy are in the room above the OR]
[Kutner hands Chase the paddles]
Chase:CLEAR!
[Chase shocks Andrea]
Kutner:Nothing.
Chase:Charge to 360!
[Kutner charges the defibrillators]
Kutner:Charged!
Chase:CLEAR!
[Chase shocks Andrea again]
Kutner:Still nothing...
[cut to the room above the OR]
[House and Cuddy are watching Chase shock Andrea]
[Taub comes in]
[House and Cuddy turn around]
Cuddy:What do the test results say?
Taub:She...
[House snatches the test results from Taub]
[Cuddy scoffs]
[Taub leaves]
House:Oh,crap.
Cuddy:What?
House:See for yourself
[House hands Cuddy the test results]
[House limps toward the intercom]
Cuddy:Oh god.She has 1 kidney left.
[cut to the OR]
Chase:CLEAR!
Kutner:Got a pulse.It's rapid.
Chase:How long has it been?
Nurse:6 minutes.
Chase:She probably has brain damage.
House(over the intercom):One of her kidneys exploded.
Kutner:What?That's not even possible.
House(over the intercom):Everything is possible in this hospital.Chase get your girlfriend,and met me and my new posse in the differential room.
Chase:Wh..
[House is gone]
[Cuddy presses the intercom button]
Cuddy(over the intercom):House probably has a good reason.
Chase:Fine.
[Chase leaves the OR]
Cuddy(over the intercom):Dr.Kutner I need to speak with you.Nurse please wheel Ms.Harris out of the OR.
Nurse:Right away Dr.Cuddy.
[Nurse wheels Andrea out of the OR]
[cut to commercial]


[cut to differential room]
[Cameron,Chase,Taub,Kutner,Cuddy,and House are there]
[White board reads:Fever,S.O.B.,Headache,Vomiting Blood,Hemorrhaging,Cardiac Arrest,Kidney Exploding]
[Cameron is kusoma a file]
[House has the marker in his hand and is shaking it]
House:Nothing could cause this.
Chase:Could be 2 illnesses.
House:Yeah.And it could be Lupus.
[Chase scoffs]
Kutner:Where is Thirteen?
House:She got fired.
Cuddy:You fired...
House:Patient!Kidney exploding...
[House pops 6 vicodin]
[Foreman enters the room]
Cuddy:How is she?
Foreman:I just started her on dialysis.
House:Damn.
[House adds Renal Failure]
Cameron:Could be TTP.
Kutner:She would be having seizures and jaundice.
Chase:Who knows,maybe her liver is next.
Taub:Anthrax.It explains all of her symptoms.
Cameron:Doesn't explain the cardiac arrest.
Chase:Cardiac arrest is explained kwa DIC.Plus she would have to have skin necrosis.
[House grabs the whiteboard eraser and erases Cardiac Arrest]
Cuddy:Could be Bolivian hemorrhagic fever.
House:She hasn't traveled out of the country.
Cuddy:I thought everybody lies?
House:Want me to go and ask her?She's in a coma so it would be hard to ask her.
[Cuddy rolls her eyes]
Foreman:STS.
Cameron:Staphylococcal toxic shock syndrome?Doesn't explain the shortness of breath...
Chase:Or the vomiting blood.
[House adds coma to the orodha of symptoms]
House:Nothing explains everything.
[House erases everything on the white board]
Cuddy:What are wewe doing?

Chase:Fever

Cameron:Remove fever.

Cuddy:Are back on House's team.

[House adds low platelet count]
House:Any ideas?

Cameron:It explains everything.Fever,Low Platelet Count,the Hemorrhaging,Bloody Vomit..

Thirteen:No problem.You'll probably get discharged in a few days.
