I want to find some MG manga like Mahou Shojo Madoka Magica... with sort of a sad story line? If wewe can help me then thank you!

Cardcaptor Sakura is a great magical girl anime, though. I wouldn't recommend anything else! Except maybe Tokyo Mew Mew.

I don't know about a sad storyline, actually it does get kinda sad. There's a bit of shoujo ai and shounen ai, but it's nothing serious. No hentai, ecchi, au kiss scenes between two members of the same sex. Cardcaptor Sakura is a great magical girl anime, though. I wouldn't recommend anything else! Except maybe Tokyo Mew Mew.
